Absolutely will not dine at this location ever again. They were out of almost everything, and the drive-thru attendant had FILTHY hands and dirty fingernails, taking cards and money and then scooping fries and ice. Absolutely appalling.

This restaurant is not only dirty but filthy...I saw things that that should NEVER be in any restaurants! I couldn't even eat my food I was so disgusted... Use to be one of my favorite places to eat... VERY disappointed...

Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger that was the opposite of ultimate. For starters it only had one patty, additionally there were NO condiments at all, the cheese was unmelted and the entire thing was cold. Only thing adequate was the amount of bacon was actually decent, not like I took more than a bit from it though.
On Christmas I was a here and my food was very old and customer service was subpar. I call the Manager William the next day he said he’d take care of it. I went in today and the Manager was not there. A young man name Mauricio gave excellent service and made sure the food was fresh and I appreciate him and the rest of this evening staff for going the extra mile.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They don’t follow their posted hours, they will close the drive through and only take Uber eats and Door Dash orders. I went to order some tacos and the employee said “We are not taking any orders for the next 20 mins, only Uber Eats pick ups. When I went to leave, there was a truck in front of me. He was an Uber Eats driver and refused to move when I asked him. I then called the restaurant and asked her to have him pull forward so I could leave. She was very rude and said I would need to wait, then hung up on me. So I went to back out and another Uber eats pick up driver pulled in behind me. I asked her to back out and she also refused, so I was literally TRAPPED in their drive thru for 20 mins and could not leave. This should be illegal or at least they should be required to create another lane so people aren’t trapped for an undetermined amount of time! What a nightmare. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. AVOID!!
