The lack of urgency is disrespectful. My family and I have been here for half an hour and still no food, with cars behind waiting for their order. This is completely unacceptable. The person who took my order was laughing and very unprofessional. Took 30 min for an order to be completed!!! Totally not okay.

DONT GO HERE!!! Worst customer service I've seen in awhile.. You will wait 20+mins for cold food. These people dont care. They have people working the window that cant understand simple math..she couldnt understand what 50% of 6 was...yikes. And dont waste your time talking to the store about it...they dont care either.

Live nearby, work nights so I get food pretty much late at night. ALWAYS a wait, and ALWAYS missing something. Missing items with the munchie meal, missed two orders of mottz, tonight, missed my whipped cream in my shake... idk how it is during the day but the night crew... it's not great 😕

A friend and I went in for the Dbacks special. The jumbo jack was great! The atmosphere was quite scary dirty though. The dining room, although almost empty, was very unkept… the soda machine looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there were only 2 people running the whole show… The owner of this establishment must know how bad this place looks and smells… Sadly, as we were leaving we saw a person seated at a table in the corner covered with a blanket…
Sorry, I will most likely not return to this fast food restaurant…

Just came through placed a order online. I went to pick up the food and everything was fresh and hot. The young lady up front keep moving around as if she was by herself, she was awesome and fast love her attitude will be coming again. I understand everyone frustration but dont expect much when is 1 or 2 people here

Dont go here. Ordered inside using self order kiosk. No one was manning the store. There was a homeless person sleeping on the floor. Unfortunately i already my food. Decided to check drive thru to get my food. There was a crew luckily. My food was worst. My was hard already maybe they warmed it using the microwave. Even the burger was super dry. Close this store pls.
We frequent this Jack-in-the-Box often. We always play some mobile order. Our order is always ready and our food is always hot. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. This is our go to Jack-in-the-Box. Thank you guys so very much for a great experience. We greatly appreciate it.
