Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger that was the opposite of ultimate. For starters it only had one patty, additionally there were NO condiments at all, the cheese was unmelted and the entire thing was cold. Only thing adequate was the amount of bacon was actually decent, not like I took more than a bit from it though.

Too slow to order my food and got really sick from a stomach virus from Jack n the Box. DO NOT EAT THERE!
On Christmas I was a here and my food was very old and customer service was subpar. I call the Manager William the next day he said he’d take care of it. I went in today and the Manager was not there. A young man name Mauricio gave excellent service and made sure the food was fresh and I appreciate him and the rest of this evening staff for going the extra mile.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! They don’t follow their posted hours, they will close the drive through and only take Uber eats and Door Dash orders. I went to order some tacos and the employee said “We are not taking any orders for the next 20 mins, only Uber Eats pick ups. When I went to leave, there was a truck in front of me. He was an Uber Eats driver and refused to move when I asked him. I then called the restaurant and asked her to have him pull forward so I could leave. She was very rude and said I would need to wait, then hung up on me. So I went to back out and another Uber eats pick up driver pulled in behind me. I asked her to back out and she also refused, so I was literally TRAPPED in their drive thru for 20 mins and could not leave. This should be illegal or at least they should be required to create another lane so people aren’t trapped for an undetermined amount of time! What a nightmare. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru. AVOID!!

Ordered drive through a number 6, which is a burger and fries ate a few fries out of the bag on the drive home, seemed okay. Got home opened everything it was awful, in edible. Returned and they fixed my order however didn't give my original receipt back which I didn't notice until later. Second meal was prepared better and I checked it before leaving. However in my haste realizing that #6 is a double and I wasn't served a double. What I was served had been there all day if not longer and to me unexcusable even for fast food.

This is a good location that never got my order wrong. I got exactly what I ordered here just about every time.
The staff is really rude and claim they only speak one language.A customer had to translate what I was trying to say ,it's by a park full of drug addicts people making drug deals and homeless people that make you feel anxious . All homeless aren't bad ,but the location is really sketchy .
