Horrible service from the man at the window, his speech was very slurred, I had to repeat my order to him 3 times. I ordered in the drive through and was told to park in a reserved spot for my order to be brought out to me, I waited 10 minutes then had to walk in to get my food. When I walked in the employees were standing around hardly working and I was told they were just then getting my order together. When I finally got my food the bag was ripped and when I asked for another one he threw it at me. I’ve never written a review for a business but this is absolutely unacceptable service.

Ordered delivery then got email stating order was canceled, but my card was charged. Called the store they stated they don't do delivery and my order was ready for pickup. Asked to have the delivery fee and driver tip refunded but was told they can't do that even though I ordered on the "Jack in the Box" app and not on Uber Eats.
