Update: I went back in after speaking with the manager Kayden, bowls were remade and were delicious.
Previous Review: I order Jamba 2-3 times per week this location was terrible have you seen worse looking bowls than these? I even discussed it before leaving and they stated this is how they make them at this location. I won’t return here again. Açaí at every other location is at least 1/2- 3/4th full this was a waste of $30.

Ordered a smoothie and a waffle, the waffle was cold and hard as if it wasn’t warmed at all tasted as if it came straight out the freezer and into my mouth!! Disgusting!! I went back and asked for it to be warmed and this lady practically threw it at me while it was piping hot and burned it!! Bad customer service and food!!

I ordered a large acai bowl as usual and received a small in a large bowl. I said exactly that and the kid replied that's the measurements they give us.. I said I come all the time and it's always full to the top which is why the lids have room for the berries and bananas. He offered no recourse. I said to make it right and he repeated he used the measurements. I feel ripped off!

Order at your own risk!!! Husband and I got bad food poisoning from this place!!! The whole experience was terrible. The older lady at the cash register was having a conversation with someone she knew even though there was a long line behind her. Then when time to order she wasn't listening and didn't pay attention. Half way through the order she was responding to messages on her phone and watch! She made me a smoothie which was my husband is smoothie that was completely wrong but I didn't know until we got home and he tried it. He only ate about a 1/3rd of it and it tasted wrong like protein powder or something bad. He stopped drinking it but not even an hour later he was very sick!!! I drank maybe only a few sips of my drink and had a horrible stomachache. Also she didn't even fill the cup up it seems to be a reoccurring issue here. 4 days later my poor husband is still recovering

I took my daughter and we ordered two smoothies. The girl attempted to serve us a small smoothie that she didn’t fill all the way. She knew she was missing a lot of the smoothie and was trying to bang whatever contents she could from the blender into the cup but there just wasn’t enough. Instead of making more she handed us the cup that was easily missing a third of the smoothie. When I told her it wasn’t acceptable she did make more but it still didn’t fill the cup. I refuse to pay rising costs for these items that you then don’t get full value for. I won’t be going back.

Service and workers were great however I am extremely disappointed that Jamba Juice no longer offers fresh orange juice and according to the workers got rid of the juicing machines. I honestly won’t be coming back to Jamba for the foreseeable future.
Focusing of food products is not the way to go.

Mall was busy and I saw how hard a worker was working. left a big tip because she was great dealing with alot of customers in line. Great service.
I don't often get drinks in malls but since it has been getting real hot lately, I decided to try some Jamba twice, yesterday and today. I saw how busy it was when I went to get myself a drink, I didn't mind the wait but seeing that there was one person working during the rush hour, I was amazed how she managed through, seeing her hustling through the rush and making the drinks, it was fascinating, and I was also very impressed too! When I finally got to order, she still has this positive energy and beautiful smile, despite seeing how hard she's working through this rush. Both times i went, i first ordered orange dream machine, then second time i ordered mango-a-go-go, they were both super delicious. I asked her what her name was because i would like to make this review about the drinks and her. She said her name is Atyana (?) (My Apologies if i forgot or missed spelled your name). I just want to show my appreciation and gratitude of her hard work and smoothie making skills and how fantastic she seems. Hopefully she's being treated well and hope she's at a higher-ranking promotion, I would say that she deserves the best! Thank you for the drink, Atyana!

Went in last Thursday evening, and the cashier charged me for 3 drinks, and I only ordered 2. I told her I didn't order three drinks, and she looked like she didn't know what to do, so I just picked up my drinks and left. I think it's a good practice to repeat orders and be in tune with each transaction. Location GM made it right!
