I don't often get drinks in malls but since it has been getting real hot lately, I decided to try some Jamba twice, yesterday and today. I saw how busy it was when I went to get myself a drink, I didn't mind the wait but seeing that there was one person working during the rush hour, I was amazed how she managed through, seeing her hustling through the rush and making the drinks, it was fascinating, and I was also very impressed too! When I finally got to order, she still has this positive energy and beautiful smile, despite seeing how hard she's working through this rush. Both times i went, i first ordered orange dream machine, then second time i ordered mango-a-go-go, they were both super delicious. I asked her what her name was because i would like to make this review about the drinks and her. She said her name is Atyana (?) (My Apologies if i forgot or missed spelled your name). I just want to show my appreciation and gratitude of her hard work and smoothie making skills and how fantastic she seems. Hopefully she's being treated well and hope she's at a higher-ranking promotion, I would say that she deserves the best! Thank you for the drink, Atyana!

Went in last Thursday evening, and the cashier charged me for 3 drinks, and I only ordered 2. I told her I didn't order three drinks, and she looked like she didn't know what to do, so I just picked up my drinks and left. I think it's a good practice to repeat orders and be in tune with each transaction. Location GM made it right!

I hadn't had Jamba juice in YEARS and was stoked to take my son there for his first time. His smoothie ended up being mostly huge chunks, which we discovered on our ride home. Bummer!

Love the smoothies. SUPER disappointed that ”Jamba” no longer offers a variety of healthy juice shots to choose from. They no longer offer FRESH wheat grass shots that they cut and squeeze in front of you. [[ The ones in the little bottles that they have in the fridge are not nearly, or even close in taste or freshness.]]One of the workers explained that JAMBA is no longer (juice focused), and that the company is rebranding to “JAMBA” not “Jamba JUICE”Which is EXTREMELY disappointing to hear. As this is what made Jamba JUICE special/different as opposed to the other companies on the market offering healthy smoothies and food-drink selections.PLEASE BRING THE FRESH WHEAT GRASS SHOTS and Juice focus BACK

Went on my lunch break and they had a sign on the register “closed for 25 min for restock” there was a long line of people waiting. I waited 15 min and could no longer wait. The two guys and girl that was working were standing around just talking. They kept looking at me waiting for me to leave. I asked the guy how much longer until you open again he said we’re not opening back up the mall closes at 6??? It’s Saturday the mall does not close at 6 and I told him that then he went to ask the girl and the girl responded tell her “very soon” waited & waited and had to leave. Restocks had been done , and they were just standing there looking at each other drinking their smoothies. I’m sorry but I’m a regular I work at the mall , I come almsot every day. So many people were waiting they lost a good amount of people today

Felicity is SO attentive. My first encounter was when my bowl was made a little incorrectly which it happens, she was prompt to fix the problem with a smile and reassured me not to feel bad for saying something. Ever since then she and her team have continued to work quickly and effectively. And my smoothies always taste better than the previous one. Love coming here!!

It seems like a lot people have been complaining about the same thing, and I’m hoping that something changes. The customer service here suckssss!!!! I work at the mall, and when I want to get a smoothie the first place I think of is Jamba, however everytime I come, no one is working. I come at different times of the day too, and there’s always a sign that says “closed for restocking”. I’m starting to believe that they’re not actually restocking with the amount of time it takes for someone to get back. There should be a responsible manager or supervisor, making sure their employees are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Completely dissatisfied with this location
