I wanted to wait to give this location 2 tries before commenting because the first impression is not always a true reflection of a restaurant's performance overall. On the first visit I ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was not bad. The issue was that I attempted to pre-order online on my phone and the order menu would not offer curbside pickup. So I decided to call the order in and a pleasant young man assured me he could bring me my order when I arrived because on was on crutches that day. However, when I arrived and was parked directly in front of the entrance with my car, only 8ft away, I called to announce my arrival. This time a woman answered the phone and I could sense immediately a change of the cheerful demeanor that I had experienced only minutes before. She confirmed that my order was ready and I asked her could she hand it to me while I'm in my car only a few feet from their front door. She gave me much attitude and did not want to bring the card swipe to my car. She protested but conceded. The store was practically empty. I took my food and left, kinda in a not so happy mood. The 2nd visit was today. Again on crutches but this time I hobbled into the restaurant and placed my order and I opted to eat inside the restaurant. I wanted to keep it simple today. I did not want all the extra options offered. I ordered a Ranchero Wrap, "without a side." I explicitly made this a point. Yet! The cashier attempted to pressure my to buy a soup and side that it would cost as much as the original side, some chips and salsa! She said the soup would only be $4 and some change. I had to insist that I did not want the soup. Plus the side soup was so tiny it definitely was not worth the cost. I asked for a cup for water and found my way to a table and then I realized carrying a cup of water to my table was not working out to wall with crutches. None of the staff provided any assistance so I sat down and begin to think out a strategy to retrieve my water when a patron came by and offered assistance. Phew! I received the "wrap" and it basically was a regular sized tortilla cut in half and folded one time because of the size of the tortilla one could only fold one side over the other. I've never seen a "wrap/tortilla" like this before in my life and had I known I think I would have been more pleased with some of the sandwiches that I saw served to the other patrons. The wrap/half burrito/tortilla had decent flavor but nothing that made me say wow. I think that in the future if I'm in the Gilbert area I will stick to that one. I have had a tremendous amount of success and satisfaction at the Gilbert location. At the Chandler location, meh.... I've seen and experienced enough.

Gor half sandwich and a salad. Salad was extra but worth it. The salad bar has everything! Probably around $20 for everything with a drink.

I've been eating at Jason's Deli for decades (back in Houston originally) & have always had good experiences. Today I was in a hurry & ordered in the app to go, but when I arrived someone had taken my order from the pickup area. The manager on duty was apologetic, accommodating, & quick to fix the issue even though it wasn't the fault of any employees. Great customer service!

Decent sandwich spot. Their salad bar had a lot of options and the veggies very crisp and fresh. Many dressing choices. The tortilla soup was decent. Broccoli soup was really good. The gumbo was unfortunately too fishy. The spicy Sicilian was good and had a kick to it. Their sandwiches are pretty big and even the half was decently sized. This is our go to spot for catering lunch and breakfast at work.

This location still slaps. There's a lot of competition around for lunch but they are still a go to place if you are on a tight lunch away from office. Depending on the time of day, it might be difficult to get your order and eat at a table so I tend to take out on mine. Great area and easy to get in / out of.

LOVE the salad bar, all ingredients are fresh and tasty, so many different options to choose from. If you enjoy salads that are not basic, you need to try.

The wait times for orders are not very precise. I ordered food twice through the Uber app and had to wait more than 40 minutes both times. Please pay more attention to online orders.

They said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. I've been waiting for about 30 minutes. I believe they got a referral from playing games with the drivers. If an item is taking a long time, you can ask Uber for more time. No driver should have to wait for you for 20-30 minutes. Really everyone who works in this business is a liar. I hate liars I don't recommend anyone to come here they are so annoying they are all liars they are playing games with the drivers Don't employ lying managers. What kind of a manager is this? Is he such a liar and a fraud? Don't employ him anywhere.

When we walked in, the menu boards were so far back from where the customer stands and the text size was so small that we couldn't see to order. We found a paper menu and used that.

I ordered the Caprese Panini. It was delivered without tomatoes. The boy that delivered the food told me it didn't come with tomatoes. I looked the menu up on my phone and showed him that it did come with tomatoes. He brought me 3 small tomato slices that left much of my sandwich without tomatoes. The sandwich was so so. My tomato basil soup was not great.

My husband ordered the Spicy Italian. It was served open faced and he could barely eat it. The mustard tasted like cleaning chemicals and there wasn't much flavor. We believe they rang it up wrong because there was only one type of meat.
My husband's root beer did not taste anything like root beer.

While we were eating, we observed the boy at the cash register eating. He did not wash his hands when he finished. Then he went over and prepared food. He was the same one that delivered our food.

We won't ever be back.

Vegetables/salad not fresh or local produce. Bag or old produce not from our local farms here in Arizona. This place need a complete modernization and overhaul. Very disappointing salad bar! Stay away
