Ordered online and when I came in 30 minutes later, THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED!

This place is mismanaged.

They ran out of breads! How does that happen?! All they had was wheat.

You will need to literally stand over these kids, as there is a lot of care less.

The tables were all dirty. The floors were dirty.

Horrid experience!

Impatient staff. Rude. Clearly let me know my lack of understanding annoyed him. Decided to eat in my car instead of in the establishment.

Won’t be returning.

My experience today fell way short of expectations. I ordered online and arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, however the 2 sandwiches were not ready(totally get delays due to lunch rush). An employee let me know that it should just be a few more minutes.. this turned into a 30 minute wait. The manager was quick to explain that his employee was having trouble reading the times on the tickets. When I asked why it took another 30 minutes after he was made aware of the issue, he didn’t have an explanation. I’ve had good experiences here before so not sure what happened.

I’ve been here a number of times, but this time I came by close to closing time. The staff present, Katherine and Logan, were very nice and still served me the trusty #17. Totally recommend this place and the cheesesteaks here.

Came in at 9 to get some dinner 1 hour until close and get told there’s no bread??‍♂️??‍♂️ come on Jersey mikes how yall gonna do ur customers like this.

Came here to say how dirty this restaurant is, and saw a review from 2 months ago saying the same thing. So clearly they don't care.
We ate inside, spent about 45 minutes there and not once did anyone check on or clean the dining room. Every table was dirty and the drink station was awful. The brewed ice tea had an off smell, so I decided to not risk drinking it.
I did see them sweeping behind the counter, but with 5 employees clocked in, someone could have made an attempt to clean up the customer areas.

"Extra" meat just means you get charged extra. No noticeable difference in roast beef on my sandwich.

Dirtiest food place I’ve ever been to. Really gross all the way around. I ate about half my sandwich before it was too gross thinking about the environment it was made in. If you have any standards for cleanliness avoid at all costs.

These guys are phenomenal! I never have to wait long, online pre-orders are always ready when I arrive, they have never gotten my order wrong, super friendly and helpful. I can't say that about every location of Jersey Mike's around here. Always super friendly too. I can't thank you guys enough!

I just left there 5 minutes ago and had a number 9 I believe their bread was on point...... A little crunchy on the outside and extremely soft in the middle of the food was mixed perfectly I love this place!! Ty guys!

Ordered 4 sandwiches one Saturday. Watched with admiration a clearly experienced manager train a new hire in how to cut and wrap sandwiches… such attention to detail.. that gets you 5 stars right there.. the sandwiches were great.. we’ll be back for sure.
