This place is RIDICULOUS. we ordered eight sandwiches online at 12:05 PM. I sent our two teenage boys to go pick them up. They were told multiple times that their order would still take 20 minutes to make. At 1:35 PM I called for a second time to ask if they were done with the order and the manager, Christopher told me that they had not started the order yet. obviously, there’s a problem here. They then tried to argue with me and explain how a sandwich order of eight sandwiches counted as a catering order and should be done 24 hours in advance and somehow that would make it OK to make the sandwiches in an appropriate time frame. Just think about the logic there and you will understand how ridiculous this is. It was literally eight sandwiches, which I could’ve walked up to the counter and ordered and been done, however, I tried to use the app for convenience sake and got to wait almost 2 hours to be told at 1:35 PM that they still had not even started the order. Furious at the stupidity of the employees at this location.

So we came here about 4 times at 8pm and everytime at 8pm there’s been no bread….. your business relies on bread doesn’t it? Such a disappointment….. Get better at running your store.

Great experience super fast I see there’s some training going on that great looks like your doing it this place has seen worst but over my last couple of visits it’s been amazing Logan has helped me out and is the best.

We ordered a Giant meal number 8 plus chips and large drink. Over 34 bucks. We realized they charged us for an extra mini. When we opened our sandwich is was so soggy with vinegar and oil everything was wet and dripping. We went through at least 25 napkins Very unpleasant! Not a good sandwich at all this time.

Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant and prompt. They make food fresh, so there's a bit of a wait while things are prepared. They are flexible with customization (I'm sure to a certain extent). I sub Provolone for American and remove green peppers from the steak Philly. (Add easy mayo). My partner gets the tuna (add lettuce and easy mayo). Loves it. Orders it almost every time we go. (I think it's a little skimpy on the tuna salad for the cost, but he likes it, so whatever.) They have Pepsi products vs Coke, which is heartbreaking. But some stores carry Diet Dew (this location didn't have it).

The sandwich is always fantastic!
The problem I have with this location is that the tables and floors are always dirty. Even behind the counter where they are making the sandwiches looked dirty. We were there at 10:30 in the morning. It should have been clean.

I am visiting from San Diego and really love Jersey Mikes there. I ordered the #2 as a salad and was disappointed as to what I received. In San Diego the bowl is overflowing with ingredients but what I got here was not the same. Very little lettuce or vegetables. Meat and cheese is measured so that was fine. This salad was literally half the size of what I received elsewhere.

Wow I just went to this location after having a bad experience at the queen creek location and this was even worse. There was no verbal interactions, no hello, no thank you. I remember when I used to live near jersey mikes years ago, they always had amazing customer service. I wish they were like that still. Not doing this again.

Steak and cheese is always a reliable choice. The service is prompt and the food is excellent.

Today, I stopped in for lunch, and it was as I've come to expect from Jersey Mike's. The sandwich was perfect. I was greeted upon entering the restaurant and asked for my order. The staff are friendly and handled my order in a timely manner.
