Carter makes the best sandwiches and bowls! They just hit perfectly! I order a bowl due to needing gluten-free free. He does everything needed to prevent cross contamination and again balances all the ingredients perfectly!

Employees not looking out for customers. Had to ask twice for Pepsi to be replaced. Asked for a cup of Mayo...tried to give me packets then tried to argue with me about it.
I wish I could up.load my sandwich...ir was like chopped meat or something

The bread was so overcooked I threw the sandwich away when I got back to my hotel. It was so dark I thought it was pumpernickel bread at first. Yuck!

Very bad customer service. People behind the counter are very rude and act like they are doing you a favor by making my sandwich. The girl behind the counter didn't even ask me what bread i wanted and cut the wheat roll and I said I wanted white and she definitely copped an attitude with me. Never again will I go to this store

Luv their sandwiches (posted this 6 years ago). I am posting another more current review. I went on Wed Nov 12, 2025. I was lucky enough to have Annabelle make my sandwich. I've always liked Jersey Mike's Subs. Just wanted to say that Annabelle was very nice, she listened to my detailed request in making my sandwich. She was pleasant and seemed happy to take my order. When I got home the sandwich she made for me was fresh and very tasty. I just want to thank Annabelle by telling her she did a great job making my sandwich.

A tall, incredibly buff gentleman, I believe his name was Logan, offered me the best service I’ve ever had. I usually do not eat at Jersey Mike’s but he completely changed that. I came in last night around 8 and was indecisive/unsure about what (if anything) to get and he was incredibly knowledgable about the menu. Moreover, he offered me multiple choices, all of which were great.
He is clearly an employee who knows what he’s doing. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, in a timely manner. He offers fast, quality service. This is something hard to find nowadays.
I have yet to meet another food service worker with the skills he offers. I would strongly consider promoting him given his integral role in the company. He has a bright future in college, but could be even more useful as part of the Jersey Mike’s franchise.

This Jersey Mike’s location is the best one I’ve been to! The cute employee Ashton is always very attentive and welcoming. They have never gotten my order wrong and they’re very efficient. I would highly recommend this joint!

i walked in around 1:40-1:45 pm on monday, october 27th, and got laughed at by two girls when i went to pick up my online order.

I have ordered here at least two dozen times. This place is exceptional both with the service the food, The delivery partnership, and honestly everything. There has been some hiccups but that's normal with places. This place has been awesome overall in terms of getting me the food especially on to go orders 95% of the time. It looks like there was a bad review about waiting to get their pickup order.. Make sure you order ahead and give yourself an extra 20 minutes on the pickup time just if you don't want to wait around and be a proactive dominant person to ask for your food but be very friendly and you will get it. Remember this is a fast busy place so you have to kind of get out there if you want to get your food. They don't just put the food out because people start selling stuff pretending they are picking up food and they will grab two bags for example. Be smart and have a voice, and be friendly and this place is great. I am ultimately critical with reviews and this place deserves a solid 4.7

We order Jersey Mikes through uber eats all the time and it’s fabulous and easy. Tonight went in person, first time, and neither of the men who served me were friendly or listening. I do love the food though but will definitely order on the app and not in person.

The service here was incredible. I was in a real pinch to get a big order in for a lunch party and they delivered in such a quick amount of time I was impressed.

Annabelle was so helpful and friendly and accommodating, I appreciated her and all of the team at this restaurant
