I'm not the biggest Jersey Mike's fan but while running errands, I found myself absolutely famished. The two of us ordered two different cheesesteaks to share and compare. We got the #56 The Big Kahuna and #17 Mike's Famous Philly and between the two, I enjoyed the #17 Mike's Famous Philly more. The #56 Big Kahuna was sweeter. Not to say #56 was bad or unpleasant, I'm just a savory kind of gal.

This is one of the more spacious Jersey Mike's Subs I've been too. The staff is super friendly and the wait time is never too much. They're a bit short-staffed so please practice patience. They're good people here.

Last three times I have come here I have not been served.
Each time I have walked in to the young guy who seems to be the manager working frantically while 2-3 other employees just stand around. I’ve stood at the ordering location for 3-5 minutes without any one saying a word to me until the manager has a second to look away from the grill to see someone waiting only to have him tell me they will get to me when they have time but are under staffed and behind on orders.

I have never seen a sub shop so poorly run. JM corporate, help these guys out.

I used to go to the one in Scottsdale on Hayden’s nd Thomas but after a worker left a glove in my sandwhich and I never heard back from corporate. I changed locations . Yes I drive 20 extra mins for it. But the bread is toasted and they make it correct.

Came in 8-16-24 at 620 pm the place was way dirty compared to other locations. There was unrefrigerated meat all over the counter. The person behind the counter literally took the scraps from the guys sandwich in front of me and tossed them in the lettuce bin instead of the trash . I said hey did you really just throw the scraps in there . They said yea we do all the time. I walked out and am reporting this location to the health department. There is no way this place will stay open!

Got a mini and a regular sub and they definitely shrunk, huge noticeable difference. Unfortunate.

I understand training employees, but when everyone just takes their sweet time, it's nuts. Also, I like Mike's way, but not to go, way too much oil.

I order from jersey mikes pretty frequently. I definitely order the big kahuna every time I come in. This location... they made it in awful quality, I order extra jalapenos every time, it a saved order on the app so I know it was typed into the instructions. The bread is also supposed to be toasted since it's a hot sub. The bread was barely toasted and missing jalapenos. It's a 20 dollar sandwich I should enjoy what I'm eating and not have to just settle for something inferior. I honestly felt for the girl that made my sandwich she looked slammed and she was working hard so when I got there and had to wait a solid 10 mins for it to be made when the app had emailed me saying it had already been ready, I really didn't mind. But when I got home to eat my food and was so disappointed, I called and basically was told that the manager had watched the girl make the sandwich and she watched her toast the bread and put jalapenos on, indirectly calling me a liar, then said I would have to drive all the way back... and I live 25 minutes from this location since I picked it up on my way home from work. Marty is whom I spoke with and she was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Told me to hold on to the sandwich till I could come in next to have the sub then be remade which isn't until Monday when I work next. So just have the sub sit here and go bad in my fridge... really makes sense. Just super disappointed in the customer service I have received. I'm a loyal customer and have always enjoyed the franchise, I have never had a negative experience at any of the locations until now. Will not return.

What I love about Jersey Mikes?
I love that each location you visit, the employees seemed to be trained the same way. Sandwiches seem to prepared the same way. It “normally” doesn’t matter which location I visit. I leave satisfied with what I got. Not here! I’ve never felt like walking out mid order (4 subs) before.

I’ll take a trip miles away to another location and avoid this one in the future.

Been to different Jersey Mike's a handful of times...arrived at 11:15A (4/25) and didn't beat the lunch rush. Once order taken, 20 minutes for a hot sub, which is way too long. I understand there seemed to be an abnormal number of hot subs ordered, and the young gal working the grill did great! Still a long wait, when accounting for an additional 10 minutes in line. (Yes, I could have ordered ahead, but I want my hot sub hot.) The only negative, girl taking money also wrapped sandwiches...touching computer screen, money, and food without changing gloves...GROSS! She also needed sleep, was yawning every 15 seconds and not a "thanks".

Was not able to pay cash today. Cashier told me no bills over $20. A $100 bill is still legal tender in the USA.

Food is good, however it's a bunch of kids running the show. Very dirty lobby. There was a swarm of nats flying everywhere near the drink station.
