Jersey Mike's Subs

I have ordered here at least two dozen times. This place is exceptional both with the service the food, The delivery partnership, and honestly everything. There has been some hiccups but that's normal with places. This place has been awesome overall in terms of getting me the food especially on to go orders 95% of the time. It looks like there was a bad review about waiting to get their pickup order.. Make sure you order ahead and give yourself an extra 20 minutes on the pickup time just if you don't want to wait around and be a proactive dominant person to ask for your food but be very friendly and you will get it. Remember this is a fast busy place so you have to kind of get out there if you want to get your food. They don't just put the food out because people start selling stuff pretending they are picking up food and they will grab two bags for example. Be smart and have a voice, and be friendly and this place is great. I am ultimately critical with reviews and this place deserves a solid 4.7

We order Jersey Mikes through uber eats all the time and it’s fabulous and easy. Tonight went in person, first time, and neither of the men who served me were friendly or listening. I do love the food though but will definitely order on the app and not in person.

The service here was incredible. I was in a real pinch to get a big order in for a lunch party and they delivered in such a quick amount of time I was impressed.

Annabelle was so helpful and friendly and accommodating, I appreciated her and all of the team at this restaurant

workers seemed preoccupied and the grill was not cleaned before they cooked my food. just not something i would ever do as a previous cook... hopefully its all tasting good.

First time at this location and not impressed.
The cheesesteak had taste but meat to bread ratio was way off. For a giant version it looked like I got a single steak amount.
For the price I paid I was not happy. The place was clean though.

Hate to take a star, but the wait for a big kahuna was too long on my previous and current biz trip to dine here. I found another location SE of this where I was able to get in and out twice in a reasonable time. I think the issue is they prioritize door dash type orders over dine in people.

I was their only customer at the time and they still messed up my order.

I'm not the biggest Jersey Mike's fan but while running errands, I found myself absolutely famished. The two of us ordered two different cheesesteaks to share and compare. We got the #56 The Big Kahuna and #17 Mike's Famous Philly and between the two, I enjoyed the #17 Mike's Famous Philly more. The #56 Big Kahuna was sweeter. Not to say #56 was bad or unpleasant, I'm just a savory kind of gal.

This is one of the more spacious Jersey Mike's Subs I've been too. The staff is super friendly and the wait time is never too much. They're a bit short-staffed so please practice patience. They're good people here.

Last three times I have come here I have not been served.
Each time I have walked in to the young guy who seems to be the manager working frantically while 2-3 other employees just stand around. I’ve stood at the ordering location for 3-5 minutes without any one saying a word to me until the manager has a second to look away from the grill to see someone waiting only to have him tell me they will get to me when they have time but are under staffed and behind on orders.

I have never seen a sub shop so poorly run. JM corporate, help these guys out.

I used to go to the one in Scottsdale on Hayden’s nd Thomas but after a worker left a glove in my sandwhich and I never heard back from corporate. I changed locations . Yes I drive 20 extra mins for it. But the bread is toasted and they make it correct.
