Here's my cheese less Philly cheese steak that I specifically asked for extra cheese on. I probably paid for it too, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and didn't ask for a receipt. Cool

I give you the benefit of the doubt, dont ask for a receipt. I get home, no cheese on the sandwich.

Not to mention I had to ask the girl for a large lid, because both slots had regular size.

Disappointing.

The best subs you can get outside of NYC. The staff here are friendly and nice. The only downside is you're eating in is the music. Way too loud. It's hard to have a conversation.

I visited Jersey Mike’s and wanted to recognize Miranda M. and Sara C., two outstanding team members who truly went above and beyond. The store was absolutely packed with customers, but they remained calm, kind, and incredibly efficient. Despite the rush, they worked quickly without sacrificing quality, and my order was absolutely perfect.

Excellent customer service is rare these days, which is why I felt it was important to take the time to share this experience. These employees are a true asset to your team and represent Jersey Mike’s at its best!

This location is my favorite Jersey Mike's. Great sandwiches, convenient location, and the crew working there is always friendly (Miranda is amazing)! All things being equal, when you get great customer service like they deliver, you earn my business.

The customer service from the beginning was tense and just awful. I know people can have a bad day, but when all 3 employees made you feel like they were annoyed you were even there and basically threw my meal in the tub, it was just simply uncomfortable to be in the store let alone be a paying customer. I'm not sure I'll be visiting this location again.

Food has always been good at this and other JM's. Staff is super nice however, my last visit,just before the lunchtime rush every table was filthy and sticky. Probably from the night before? Floor was also filthy. How about you take a little pride in your store.

Miranda does a fantastic job running this Jersey Mikes location. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere is inviting. The staff greets us with genuine smiles and made us feel right at home. The food is fresh and phenomenal. Miranda and her staff make it one of the best Jersey Mike's I’ve ever been to and will continue to go to this location multiple times a week. Miranda is truly a rock star and represents the company at the highest level!

I went to Jersey Mike’s today at 2 o’clock, it was packed, but the service of these four guys was excellent. They were quick. They were efficient and they made the sandwiches perfect one of the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to.

Great spot for a sandwich. You can see the staff cares. Even saw one of them checking the temperature of the toppings. Props to this crew who actually cares about their work
