Jersey Mike's Subs

I come here for lunch quite often an get the same thing every time. Club supreme mikes way with cherry pepper relish and pickles. All but one time ever has it been made properly. Almost always forgetting the bacon. But today was a real treat. I'm not sure what was going on with the young man working the front today 1/28/2026 @ 11am but he was absolutely shagging every sandwich he touched. I say mikes way, add cherry pepper relish and pickels, turn my head for a second to pay and look back to see a mountain of jalapeños and bannana peppers with no peppe relish, mayo, or bacon. After waiting in line for nearly twenty minutes and already paying, I could feel my blood pressure spike like a friggin Vietnamese punji stick. The two fellas before me also had to help keep the young tortoise on track, to no avail. I REALLY hope he was just ripped off the penjamin or something. Because it was hard to watch as he stumbled around like he is just learning how to use his hands.

The staff is well trained and courteous, I especially appreciate Miranda, she goes above and beyond to make sure my sandwich is perfect! Long time customer and a Jersey boy!

Ordered a sandwich in restaurant (not call ahead). Ordered on white...got to end of line and as they were putting the top on learned they made it onto Rosemary. I told them immediately, they just replaced the top and finished packing. I was disgusted, but tried to assume the bottom must have been the same between bread types. Got home, and bottom is filled with rosemary (which im allergic too). Absolutely disgusted at their solution and customer service .

Miranda and the crew at Jersey Mike's provide outstanding customer service. Miranda's polite, considerate and good at her job. Customer service is going away at most stores and restaurants. I'm glad Jersey Mike's holds their employees to a higher standard. Keep up the good work!!

The tall gal with brown hair is exceptionally rude to be at Jersey Mikes. I called in an order, picked it up about 1:25. Bread was hard & dry #8, no mayo and I asked for extra pickles. Not a one on sandwich. I guess they can’t read the order. I suggest you
Someone needs an attitude adjustment. Guess you shouldn’t call in an order. Plus no bacon. This isn’t the Jersey Mike’s we have known and loved. Not worth $30.

Miranda was the best when I had an issue with a catering order due to a website glitch. She fixed within 15 minutes and was so sweet about it. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to this location for a few years now for online pickup. I love JM. Never had an issue.
However, yesterday, when I picked up my 2 bowls, I actually had to look in the bag to see if both of them were in there because the bag felt so lightweight.
Sure enough, there were 2 bowls.
When I got home and took the bowls out, I was shocked how little ingredients they had in it. I ordered extra meat too!
Instead of the usual rolled up cheese and meet slices, I got a bunch of little pieces of square cut up meat and barely any cheese. And even less lettuce! I usually have so in a bowl I can eat half and eat the other half the next day.
Even my husband remarked that usually when he has a bowl, it's filled to the top of the actual bowl.

Here's my cheese less Philly cheese steak that I specifically asked for extra cheese on. I probably paid for it too, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt and didn't ask for a receipt. Cool

I give you the benefit of the doubt, dont ask for a receipt. I get home, no cheese on the sandwich.

Not to mention I had to ask the girl for a large lid, because both slots had regular size.

Disappointing.

The best subs you can get outside of NYC. The staff here are friendly and nice. The only downside is you're eating in is the music. Way too loud. It's hard to have a conversation.
