I called on Wednesday to ask about a few subs and the phone was answered by a lady talking very fast and unusual. It was very hard to understand her due to the pace she was speaking at. I then proceeded to ask my question and even ask about opportunities within the business which I was then hung up on in the middle of asking my questions. I called back to get a better understanding but the exact same thing happened. I find it unsettling and rude that I called in as a citizen concerned about the opportunities within the business and food I would be consuming from them. I believe the lady’s name was kelsha? but I’m not sure because when I asked for her to restate her name the phone was then hung up.

They gave me the smallest sandwich..must be running out of bread. Lol. You all know what you did lol.

Ordered on Doordash a few hours ago and left a review but decided to post here as well as this ruined my appetite for the rest of the day lol:
l ordered the #7 Turkey and Provolone, i ate the first half just fine but when i look at the second half there was a squished fly in the bread.
Doordash refunded and helped with my issue but just posting as a heads up for the store and costumers to check well their food.

I love their food, and I just started going as a semi. Regular, because I work within very close proximity. The last time I went a.k.a. yesterday. There was a new faces pretty much everyone was new looking to me and it was quite busy when I placed it online order.So I didn't mind waiting.However, I noticed a slight attitude but I kind of brushed it off as not hearing me or acknowledging me, I guess. Today I go in and it's not busy. I order a sandwich right there and just asked for the bacon to would be warmed like I usually do gotten eye roll from her then while she was preparing two sandwiches at once.The other guy was not with me.She just put on a couple peppers and I asked for more.I had to ask three times before she heard me and she rolled her eyes again. Then, when she gave my order to the cashier guy, she rolled her eyes again and he even had the same annoyance.It was not busy in there at all for them to be annoyed. Disheartening that I have to find a different location.

The best JM I've ever visited. The sandwiches are always excellent and it's so clean - including the bathrooms!! The entire staff is amazing, but a special shout out to Orin who always takes great care of us! We are now regulars!! :)

Frankie & his staff are the greatest!! Their all so kind & respectful I only go to this Jersey Mike's because of the staff and the great sandwiches.Keep up the great work guys
