The food is always good from this location. Occasional issues with getting the order correct, but overall the taste has been good. This establishment on Power Rd and Ray has a very annoying squeaky door at the entrance, please get it fixed to elevate the customer experience for those dining in. The bathrooms were clean, you need a code to use them, but all you have to do is ask a staff member. Staff are friendly, food is good, and tables and inside were clean and welcoming.

Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had by a mile. The guy who took my order, Kaden per the receipt, seemed fine and I ordered like I normally do. One thing I ask for is yellow mustard on the bread. Kaden didn’t seem to have any issue with it and mentioned to the girl working on subs (glasses and it looked like dark red hair) that I wanted yellow mustard on the bread. She immediately starts giving me attitude about how she can’t do that, but she will make a one-time exception, but never do it again. I was just kind of shocked as nobody at any Jimmy John’s had ever told me anything about asking for mustard on the bread before and I’ve been getting Jimmy John’s for years at different locations. Once my sandwich was done I asked why she had said. She seemed really irritated with me and emphatically stated they do not put mustard on the bread because it’s store policy and she can’t do it and won’t do it again. Okay. Then I asked for her name and she said I don’t have to give you my name and I’m not going to, with her guy cohort next to her also stating yeah we don’t have to give our names. OKAY. Interesting considering name is printed on the receipt itself for the person at the register. What an absolutely bizarre experience in and of itself, then when I got home realized they didn’t even put tomatoes on the sandwich, so they got that wrong. Based on the amount of attitude the girl was giving for no reason I could discern wouldn’t doubt if she intentionally left them off out of spite. Definitely will never go back what a ridiculous and unnecessary reason to get angry at a customer.

I've been coming to this Jimmy John's for about 7 years. This is a great location, I go here at least one or two times a month. They have never messed up my order, ever. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Jimmy John's is an excellent chain in my opinion. They don't skimp on the meat, the toppings are always fresh, and the bread is always delicious.

Fast and clean professional team service. Ordered the Turkey Tom today, bread and fillings were incredibly fresh. Whoever manages this location clearly knows what they’re doing. Best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to, I’ll definitely be back!

Today I got the bacon chicken ranch with Cajun ranch and it was delicious and the hospitality was awesome, great customer service 🤟🏽
Went to this Jimmy John's when it first opened a few years back bad service, bad food, back then, bad food, bad service now I wasn't able to get the sandwich that I wanted the way I wanted it it was a limited options The bread was not fresh it's just overall I don't like Jimmy John's will not be going back.

This location has got to be the worst location in America. I have ordered here TONS of times over the 4 years that I have lived within a mile from it. Almost never is my order correct. Sometimes my sandwich has toppings I didn't ask for and sometimes its missing things that I wanted on it. I order my sandwich cut in half every single time and not once has it come cut in half. Probably 5 times I have ordered and they didn't bring my drink. Once I ordered 20 mins before close and my food never came and I never got a call or anything. On top of all of this, the delivery takes forever. I live 4 mins away and my sandwich is never delivered in less than 20 minutes. Its usually closer to 30-45. Its an embarrassment. I worked at a Jimmy johns at one point and it makes me sick knowing how badly this location has been run.
