My team and I are frequent orderers- always a friendly crew, super fast, and I love that the drivers remember our spot and our team when they come in. Love the Chandler crew!

$18 for a large ham sandwich is insane! cannot eat here, i do not know who jimmy johns corporation thinks theyre fooling, $18 for a simple large sandwich is REDICULOUS. these sandwiches are worth maybe $2 more than a subway sandwich, jimmy johns was supposed to be cheap! how anyone eats here anymore with these pieces is beyond me, $15-20 for a cheap low quality sandwich should put this company out of business. firehouse subs is even cheaper than this and they actually make high quality food. a large sub here should be no more than $10

I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. JJs gives you the least meat of any sub place. $16 for only a hot 8” sandwich that I didn’t even think had chicken on it. Basically just bread.

Ordered 3 sandwich, had to beg for a bag. Didn't mark the sandwiches, couldn't be bothered to slice them in two. Acted bothered by the customers. These guys charge high prices and give lots of attitude, don't waste your time here.

Walked in awhile ago and the only guy in the place looked annoyed that I came in. He continued stocking the shelves and made me feel like an inconvenience. I almost walked back out. Food was fine.
Sub tasted OK. The sandwich I ordered was ridiculously small .. there are a tons of other sandwich places to spend my money where I am going to get a way better value for my money so I will not be returning. Very disappointed.

Food tasted great! I ordered ahead and when I got to the location the door was locked and the place was almost closed down. I flagged down the employee through the window and told him I had ordered ahead. He said there were no orders placed and started to work on making the sandwich (which was nice) but then remembered that he had just made that sandwich like 10 minutes ago. Idk it was weird. I’d think twice before going back to this location.
I eat here about twice a week during lunch since I work around the corner and since I received an email from Jimmy John's about getting a free combo meal after 2PM with your order, I decided to wait until after 2PM. So I go in there and two people are in the store, one at the register and the other at the sandwich station, I ask the guy about the make your sandwich a combo for free email and the guy at the sandwich station immediately jumps in and says we don't participate in that promotion. So I'm like whatever, I still want to eat so I order the Gargantuan on wheat and that same guy at the sandwich station yells out, we don't have wheat bread either. At that moment, I read the room and it was clear they didn't want to make a sandwich or assist in any way. I told them never mind and walked out, as I was leaving I knew it was the last time I'd eat there. I been going there twice a week for so long, spending good money there, (these sandwiches are not cheap) and definitely am not gonna be treated like that when I should be known at that location already. (Since I come during the lunch hour, these two sub-par workers I haven't seen before and is not the regular guys I see when I go in) Either way, why treat customers like that when you are selling $15-$20 sandwiches. I went right next door to Chipotle and was greeted with smiles and respect.

Why are the doors locked at 830 if you're open until 9?

Last time we went in they were playing explicit music with cuss words and adult topics, my son kept saying why is this music saying so many bad words so we ended up leaving.

This jimmy johns is by far the best jimmy johns I’ve been into. I feel comfortable and safe eating at this place. The bread is always perfect. The staff always has great attitudes and great service. Isaiah, the general Manager was freaking awesome!!! He helped me built my sandwich to perfection with no rush at all. I couldn’t really decide on what meat I wanted on my sandwich and Isaiah right away gave me some great recommendations I would’ve never thought of. Thank you Isaiah??and every other staff for being the best Jimmy John’s in Arizona.

Food is normally good and fast, but inconsistent. I am currently waiting for a delivery order on a Thursday night that is taking over an hour. This is not the first time I have had to wait this long.
This shop in particular, always NAILS my orders perfectly, Ask for Extra, they put on Extra, as for light, they hold on the squeeze. An order takes less than 5 minutes to pick up once ordered (which is honestly still stunning), and music and inside seating is nice, cashiers/sandwich artists are friendly
