Very friendly and helpful! When I pick up my orders and have my babies with me I call and ask if they can bring the food out to me in my car. And everytime they do it for me which is so convenient. Also as a past JJs employee (not this location) I know that is not required of them to do but they still do it and I appreciate it a lot. As a mom any little help like this goes a long way. Food is also always yummy of course! 😊😊

Jimmy John’s has a deal rn. $5.99 coupon for any favorite sandwich. Still comes out to $12 bucks. Dumb as hell. Deal isn’t real. Their food is mid at best. So that sealed the deal on where I’m eating today

It's slipped a bit. I used to order from here when I worked locally in this area and the management and staff were different but lately I don't know if it's the same service. The subs are still ok but seemed a little off. Had a tonic to go with it and that helped. I've been to others recently and they were ok but this one can be better.

Three employees and zero customers except for us since walking in the door 30 minutes ago and NOT ONE SINGLE clean table in the restaurant. Crumbs on every table. I see lots of talking and hanging around but no cleaning of the restaurant. 🤷🏼♀️ Thank god no tip was requested at the register as that would have been laughable.

So I registered on March 26th and d earned a registration sub which says hit redeem at checkout and there was no redeem. So I called a jimmy johns I was near to at the time to and she said she don't see it and to check my number on file which i did and it was correct
