Three employees and zero customers except for us since walking in the door 30 minutes ago and NOT ONE SINGLE clean table in the restaurant. Crumbs on every table. I see lots of talking and hanging around but no cleaning of the restaurant. 🤷🏼♀️ Thank god no tip was requested at the register as that would have been laughable.

So I registered on March 26th and d earned a registration sub which says hit redeem at checkout and there was no redeem. So I called a jimmy johns I was near to at the time to and she said she don't see it and to check my number on file which i did and it was correct

When I opened the sandwich, there was no meat on 1/4 of it. They tried to hide the meat with a tomato.

From the first bite to the last, our sandwiches were made by a true sandwich artist. I had several mods for each and not a single one was missed! Mad props to Arianna (says the receipt) for making it a true JJs experience.

I love Jimmy John's, it's the best sub out there. Fast, fresh and staff was so friendly and helpful. My wife couldn't remember what she had a few times prior and they spent a few minutes to ensure she got exactly what she wanted.
Great experience at this location the other day! Easy to find and lots of parking. The staff greeted us when we entered and listened carefully while we ordered. They double-checked our selections as they made the sandwiches for us, too. I personally love the sliced wheat bread, but the og bread is good too. Our food was great! There were plenty of places to sit, and it's close enough to the Chandler airport that it was fun to watch the small planes coming in for landing while we ate. The bathroom was clean, and they provided some humorous reading on the floor, too. ? Would definitely go back!

I eat at this location fairly frequently, but the people working there are the most miserable and unfriendly staff anywhere. They can't even say hello to you, and they look like they literally hate customers. I guess they hate working there and it shows.

Sandwiches are not great and ridiculous expensive. You're better off going into a local Sandwich shop or deli and being blown away by a $17 dollar sandwich.
