LOVE their food, but tbh I've always popped my sandwich in the nuke for a brief moment because cold food at dinner time just seems odd for some reason. So, for anyone who's ever wished they toasted their subs, guess what. THEY DO NOW!!! Nuke-free JJ'S are now on the menu!!! It's a game changer 😆

Got here at 730 and one dude working with everything put away like we were bugging him. Supposed to be open till 9 I thought. Smelled really bad as well and wouldn’t greet anyone walking in. Weird vibe.

Employees are amazing but I feel so bad for them! How they can stand it in there is testament of what great dedicated workers they are!!!

I like Jinmy John's, but this location is way too expensive - nearly or over $10 for just a sub sandwich is crazy.

My husband stopped by and bought me a Tuna Sandwhich. Tuna tasted a bit off but didnt think much of it. The only thing I ate for dinner since I didnt have time to make anything. Few hours later my stomach was acting up, I started to feel weak. Sure enough, I got something. I threw up the whole sandwhich and at the same time, nonstop diarrhea for 2 days now! My stomach is making loud gurguling sound endlessly. I must of gotten a bacteria,virus or parasite for the tuna not being fresh or contaminated. At this point I'm gona see a dr. I will never again will have any sandwhich from there or any other place. This has been so brutal and painful. I hardly ever get sick and just throwing up the sandwhich along with their jimmy peppers, I knew it was from jimmy johns. Now reading the reviews from other people made me think my tuna sandwhich could of been cross contaminated or left out for awhile. From now on, I'm making my own tuna sandwhich at home. This was a lesson learn for me! Im so done!

Freaky fast no more! I ordered for delivery almost 90 minutes ago. I’ve called twice to check on my order. After an hour, I was told the driver had just left with three other orders. That was 30 mins ago. Now the guy is telling me he can’t refund the order until the food gets here. After that, if we’re still dissatisfied, we can call back. Ridiculous! I’m done with Jimmy John’s.

NEVER again will we eat here, because after I was done and decided to dispose of the sprite left in my cup before throwing it in the trash, this is what I found…. A worm inside the cup!!! Words can’t describe how utterly disgusted I am! The cup with the worm went into my freezer. Which I will be taking with me to the hospital, should I get seriously ill.
