There is a gentleman that works primarily closing shifts at this location that needs a lesson in customer service and food safety. On multiple occasions he has not greeted me or even asked what I wanted to order. He also doesn’t know the basics of food safety such as washing hands and changing gloves between tasks. To top it all off, today when cutting my sandwich he wiped the knife off on his apron, which he just wiped his dirty hands on, and then proceeded to cut my sandwich with it. When asked about it he said he “needed to clean it off” and I proceeded to tell him that there is a sink to clean in. He just stood there dumbfounded. Needless to say, I will not be back at this location.

I went in and ordered a plain turkey sandwich with provolone. It had tomato, lettuce, and mayo. We also ordered a Vito sandwich which on the menu does not say it comes with tomato. There was tomato. Not coming back horrible experience and a waste of my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered a party box and there was ZERO MEAT in any of them. I understand people make mistakes, but when I called and spoke to manager KYLE (who happened to be the one that made them) he basically called my mom a liar we were practically forced to bring the sandwich’s back to prove that they were completely WRONG. Upon arrival, we were told we needed to wait for his manager to get there to process a refund. We were waiting for over 15mins. Nothing was offered for theis major inconvenience and the employees seemed to be under the influence. This was such a terrible experience and I will never be going to this location again.
Came in here today to get a sandwich and the guy putting the meat on my sandwich was texting on his phone wearing the plastic gloves and then put my sandwich together and didn’t change his gloves. That’s extremely unsanitary. Worst part is the 3 other people working standing around saw him do this and said nothing. Stay away.
