By by Jimmy John's, welcome Jason's Deli. I really like Jimmy John's food but today is my last visit. I requested only half my sandwich have tomato's and I was faced by workers that are completely stupid or just don't care about customers. I was insulted and told off by a child worker that had an attitude. My advice, if you want exactly what they can handle, go for it. If you want attitude, go for it too. VERY SADLY DISAPPOINTED, NOT GOING BACK.

They stop serving drinks 3 hours before close. They also shut signs off signs in the front of store before 7 so nobody goes in to make it seem as if they are closed so the workers don’t have to do anything. Great service 👍

I cannot believe this place. Went in there they tell me they don't accept credit cards cash only for one. Rude about it and then after a 60.00 order they tell me they won't take my 100.00 dollar bill only 20s. Never coming back to be honest

I ordered a spicy Italian, jalapeño chips, 3 sides of jalapeño ranch, and a med Coke. My food gets delivered and they forgot my Coke and ranch. The delivery driver realized it and told me and said he would be right back and never came. I called the store and it was closed after waiting an extra 45 minutes.
Love this location! Staff is super friendly and the store is very clean. Lots of parking too in the lot across the path, in case the immediate lot is full. I had the unwhich Tuna, and it was a delicious keto/ gluten free option!

We just ordered two sandwiches today from this Jimmy Johns. We ordered two Turkey Avocado Provolone and bacon sandwiches. Not only that, but we made them a combo with a bag of chips and a large drink. Furthermore, we decide to try one side order of the potato salad. They had already started making the sandwiches when he rang up the bill. He turned it around and said to add the tip on the screen. I looked at the screen and the amount was $44.81. This was for just two sandwiches. I went ahead and paid, but did not leave the 20% tip requested. When we received the sandwiches, my wife opened her and it was not cut. I tried to hand it t him, and he said they could not take either of them back and proceeded to hand me a plastic knife. I handed it to my wife and asked for my potato salad, and he looked at me like I did not order it. The guy that took the order told him I had, but he questions the food order and went ahead and handed me the salad. The staff was rude, and I do not know if the guy was trying to charge me for a salad and keep the money or what. We are retired on a fixed income. We have not recently in the past year ate at a Jimmy Johns. All I know is we will just go over to Texas Roadhouse next time and have two $15 steak dinners and come out cheaper with way better food. I do not like someone from a fast food sandwich shop to tell me to tip them, act rude, not give me my complete order and charge an exorbitant price. This is cold cuts, cheese and bread. We will not be returning to this business again.

This place has been closed for months. Every time I drive by, the "open" sign is turned off and the lights are off. I have checked over 10 times (as I frequent the Home Depot nearby), and it is always the same regardless of the day/time.Either the hours/Google maps listing is incorrect, or this place is a money laundering front. Jimmy John's corporate needs to do their due diligence and investigate this store, especially given that I'm not the only reviewer to point out this oddity.

Had a terrible experience at the 800 N 54th St, Chandler, AZ 85226 location tonight. Store closes at 8:00pm according to the sign on the door. The door was locked when I arrived at 7:45pm. There were 2’workers’ inside which would not acknowledge me at the door. One was sitting at the front window on his phone and would not look up. This place has no idea what customer service looks like. I will not be back.I went to the 780 W Elliot Rd Unit 105Tempe, AZ 85284 location and had a completely different (better) experience. Bright store , friendly staff, great experience. I will be back.
