Amazing food, drinks, and vibe. I got the Jinya Black ramen and couldn't be happier. Their lychee martini was very refreshing. Would highly recommend when in downtown chandler.

Had the JINYA Tonkotsu Black*. It was so good. Nathanael was our waiter an did an amazing job. Never an empty water glass and had great recommendations. Try the fried chicken also, it's amazing. All around great experience, and some good music.

Amazing! The food is wonderful, our son loves it. The service with Nathan and the bartender (we forgot his name black hair dude) is amazing. Ambiance is wonderful. We love all the chef specials, and the Jinya buns are the best

The food is great. The small tacos are small but very good. If that is all you order try splitting three orders between 2. Not a huge restaurant quite a few tables and seating at the 2 bars and if the weather is good there is patio seating on the east side, so should be in the shade. Nathaniel is a great waiter. Very friendly place.

I actually went to the restaurant at 5120 N Central in Phoenix, Az 85012 (?), not sure of the zip code! I had the shrimp wonton ramen, made with pork/shrimp both which was bland, shrimp and chicken wontons, I ate half of it, so far I haven't tasted a shrimp wonton yet, just two ground chicken wontons. I had extra garlic and bought bok choy! This was the blandest soup I've ever tasted in my life. It did have some noodles but not enough broth. It was so bland I didn't even drink the broth which is usually my favorite part. I have waited 20, no 34 years for a Japanese soup restaurant to open in Phoenix. The soup houses in California are so tasty and full of veggies, so flavorful! Please see my review and improve the flavor and don't be so stingy with the broth. I paid $22.00 for a drop of soup and three little pieces of bok choy, I will go back to making my own ramen from instant Thai ramen soup and bok choy, carrots, green onions, and Napa cabbage and a hard boiled egg, It will taste better than this! I also bought shrimp tempura, also bland and not crispy. The sauce they gave me is the dressing the usually put on the salad in Asian restaurants! The little salad was wilted, I don't think they gave me sauce for the tempura, $10 plus tax for that! Nope I still need to go to California in Carson for real soup where the man has a cigarette hanging out of the side of his mouth and the food is so tasty I nearly cried because I couldn't take it on the plane! My brother-in-law ate it, thank God!

I love door dashing this ramen. There are perfect directions on what to do, and the flavor is just right. When I ate there in person the food was just as good but the music was so loud I couldn't carry a conversation with my friend visiting from out of town.

I've never had better ramen. We go here at least once a month. Even the average Gyoza is super good!!

Delicious food and very nice service! Our server, Haven, is soooo kind and sweet. She made our experience worth while. We were there for awhile since we were waiting for another friend to come. She went through the menu when my bestfriend asked about some of it and explained thoroughly. Food is spectacular. Dessert is delicious! Service is also fast! Ambiance is nice and warm, it can get dark right around 7 as they dim the place haha but it's doesn't bother me. I tried their spicy miso ramen and my bestfriend tried several other ones. I do like their Jinya Bun, that one is delicious but I do wish it comes in 2 pieces for the price not just one but it's okay! We had a great experience here and everyone is very attentive and friendly. Delicious food overall! Price is also decent. 100% recommend because it's all amazing! I would come back more! :)

Yum! The Flying Harvest Ramen was spicier than expect but very yummy. We sat at the bar and David provide excellent service. Definitely recommended!

This place is so cute inside, the location is prime and the food is delish! I recommend that you join to the waitlist to avoid delays in dinning, also it's not a huge space so if you're going with a big party... arrive earlier so that the staff can prepare a table. My husband and I love ordering multiple items just for a bite which we almost always have to go requests. We went on a Thursday - easy parking. Nathanael was our server, he was nice and polite. That day the restaurant ran out of all buns :( we'll have to go back to try those out, also after receiving our food...Nathanael did not swing by the table often, my husband ran out of water, we wanted to order the takoyaki octopus balls, and then waited awhile for a to go box and the check. We noticed he was talking to another table for periods of different times, it could be a friend which is great to see familiar faces and have a laugh or two. The reason for 4 stars is due to the takoyaki order was forgotten and we had to flag our server down to order it after my husband almost finished his ramen. We like to have appetizers before munching on the main item.

I have been here a couple times now and JINYA does not disappoint! Ramen is always full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Our server Jannessa was sweet and quick. Even with a dinner rush the restaurant is always clean and doesn't feel overcrowded. We will be back!
