Everything was delicious 😋 great service we will be back
Fabulous
Great buffet. Plenty of options
Exceptional customer service and good food!
2wks ago I stopped in for a bite. Buffet must had just finished a lunch rush.
Cause all the food was cold even the soup.
So I told the lady that all the food is to cold and will not be paying for the a whole Buffet.
So I only paid for the soup Manager lady came and said she would do half off the Buffet price.
I showed her that the only thing I ate was just 1 bowl of cold egg drop soup no need to pay for a whole Buffet I didn't eat but took a couple bite of cold noodles.
Today some co workers wanted to go there so I get there 1st. Sat down went to get bowl of soup then that same Manager Lady came up to me at the Buffet line and ask if I was gonna pay for the Buffet or leave without paying. Stund by the confrontation.
I said was thinking about giving you another chance but since you confronting patrons in the Buffet line I will tell my 6 coworkers not to show up!
You would think would want proof that they serve warm food right?
Don't eat at the place unless you like ice Cold soup!
.
The place was almost empty. Nobody was at the reception desk. Had to turn around and leave.
Wouldn't go back
Nice environment but kind of hot they need to turn the AC on. food was good and fresh. They have Pepsi products. The staff is very attentive they clean your used plates very quickly and it's very friendly
Just great all around.
A huge buffet where I always eat too much! They have pretty much everything, including sushi, and everything I've eaten was delicious!

Today my fiancé, a friend and I decided to try Oasis for the first time. The atmosphere was nice. We were escorted to our seats and was given a choice of a table or booth. We chose a booth. After getting our food, we noticed that certain food items were cold. His spareribs (beef and pork), and chicken, my salmon, stringbeans and sautéed mushrooms were cold. Our friend had sushi, so their food was suppose to be cold. My fiancé spoke to the server who then made arrangements to bring him new spareribs and chicken made hot for him. We noticed that the server and staff from the kitchen taking spareribs and chicken from the buffet to I assume, heat them up in the kitchen. My fiancé told the server what he saw them doing and that it was unacceptable and that my food items where cold as well. The server then went to get the manager who then made excuses as to why the food would be cold. She said the air-conditioner cools the food on top making it cold so we should take food from the bottom of the pan where the food is warmer because of the air-conditioner. We were very disappointed with her reasoning especially since they were charging $20.99 per person and drinks were $3.00. We decided to not eat and leave. She only wanted to remove the cost of the drinks which we never got a chance to drink. After several minutes of negotiating, she agreed to accept the $40.00 my fiancé offered her since our friend did eat her sushi and had some of her drink. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we will not be revisiting again.
We read the reviews and decided give it a try. The sushi when it came out fresh was ok. Many things gave us not ok vibes. I would never eat oysters from a buffet, the crab legs looked off so we avoided them. But all 3 kids which love sushi and love Chinese food were put off…. My 12 year old was sick to his stomach by the end of the meal and he ate very very little.. this was after he had a baseball game 3 days in a row and he was soo hungry. The salad bar was confusing, and the food under hot lamps seemed to have been out for hours. The sushi rice was super dry and the fish had little flavor. The rolls were pretty much all the same with an added topping. The wasabi was extremely dry and crumbly. My kids go to a sushi place and they eat with the 3 of them probably 10 rolls and no they are far from overweight. They are very athletic actually. The lo mein lacked flavor and the noodles were soo thick…. Desert was like a school lunch room. The icecream took my husband and I back to grade school and was the highlight. There were 1/4 filled fish tanks by the bathroom with rubber turtles and fish…. The bathrooms had dawn dish soap that appeared to maybe be filled with another soap maybe.. very off putting. For us to spend $100 for our family to eat and we all drank water, we probably all ate the equivalent of one adult meal that we actually ate. The roasted steaks was more like a medium rare rump roast that took forever to chew…. Very sad with how the meal turned out. We tried it…. Won’t be going again: There needs to be alot of overhaul…. And there was a serious lack of organization. The snails?! When pulling them out were like rubber we didn’t even try them…. I’m sorry we tried but this was a no. The staff was also ok but not friendly it seemed they try to seat you and send you out…. Sorry but we tried
My wife’s boss treated all employees and their spouses to dinner at Oasis Bay located at 2100 S Gilbert Rd # 1 in Chandler, Arizona. This place is a buffet that offers many different items and specialized in seafood. The cost for dinner is $20.99 + tax on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, $19.99 + tax Mondays – Thursdays, and the lunch price Monday through Friday is $13.99 + tax. There were only two people cleaning the large dining room and they were both working very hard. The food was plentiful and delicious. We will eat here again and I highly recommend this restaurant.
We went around 5pm and food was so dry and old. We were there for at least 30mins and not once did they replace the crab legs which is why we came there in the place first place. The service was ok.
The food is great. Wonderful selection of seafood based items along with beef and poultry. Even the veggies are good.
Atmosphere is a little shabby - and not in the chic way. Upholstery is ripped and worn. Desperately needs an update.
