We did drive-thru. Got the chicken bucket with some sides, comparable to KFC or churches, would go again. Fries are nothing special but they're fine. Chicken was very crunchy and moist. We had thigh and drumstick.

While the chicken sandwiches are on par with popeyes, and perhaps a few items are even better, it is always packed and they don't ever have enough employees working.

I have this experience recently. I take food orders for my coworkers. One ordered burger steak combo...when she opened her burger steak container there's no rice!!! As a filipino, we always know that burger steak always comes with rice. If it's a combo, rice is not an optional choice... it is ridiculous! You will not order hamburger combo with buns as a side. I hope you got my point.
Another things...Palabok and spaghetti are always dry, needs more sauce. You always have to asked for the the calamansi, ketchup, honey and butter, fork and spoon...it's not always together with the food you bought. But why do I have to asked for it? And I do forget to asked many times for it!

Had been to Jollibees in San Diego back in June, this was the very first time I tried them & my goodness! This is the best fried chicken in the States!!! Nothing can beat them!! Their customer service & friendliness was remarkable & the food is out of this world!!! I’m honestly praying that you guys come to GA! 🥺🙏🏼❤️
It was a great experience, the service was quick!It didn't take long to receive it. They also provide a buzzer to know when your food is ready. I got the 2 piece chicken combo,it came with fries and and drink. I recommend to anyone wanting to try a new chicken place!

My first time trying Jolliebee. Overall, I enjoyed it. The fried chicken is definitely the showcase, although I haven't tried some of the other options yet. Their gravy is good, the ube and peach/mango pies are both good, and both the spicy and original chicken are good (I prefer the spicy). The fries are underwhelming--kind of soft and greasy (maybe I just got a bad batch, I don't know). Staff was friendly and accommodating, although cleanliness left something to be desired (perhaps I just visited at an inopportune time); there were multiple tables that needed to be cleaned when I first arrived (to be fair, someone did start cleaning shortly after we seated ourselves) and the urinal in the dimly lit restroom was out of order.
I would visit this establishment again, certainly for the chicken, and also to try some of the other options.
