30 min wait - UNDISCLOSED - for a drive-through chicken sandwich is craaaaaazy. How are you going to just not warn your customer that what they're ordering is going to take that long, and give them the option to choose if they want to wait, order something else, or go elsewhere? You're fast food. You can't just expect a customer to be willing to wait that long.

Your food is made cheap, chicken has too much flour, no taste, spaghetti is too sweet, palabok has no smoke fish, shrimp is unticeable, and the sauce is too little!!!!!
