Sorry everyone, but I might get some blow back on this one. Jollibee is mid. There, I said it. I’m from California and have had some great Filipino food and this place is mid at best. It’s not all the hype that you see on YouTube with all the foodtubers. If you want some excellent fried chicken you’ll want to go to Gus’ fried chicken. By far the best fried chicken you can get locally. I will say Jollibee has a different take on sides which is refreshing, but I don’t think it’s as good as people hype it up to be.

The food standards started the same across the board. It was really good and took me back to my childhoodService was amazing! They were fast, efficient, and also personable not to mention the dining room was clean and looked like they just opened, even late at night. I wish there were more Jollibee restaurants out here in the valley but if there is, this is the standard.
Great food. The girl at the drive thru with glasses has a very bad attitude and is just rude consistently each time I come. Just leave a bad taste in the mouth.

We first had this in Hawaii, it was fantastic, big juicy pieces of chicken. Well, that's not the case here in AZ. My wife ordered it on the app, and got to the store and still had to wait. Got it home and the pieces are small, mostly breading, very little chicken meat and not juicy at all. A couple times we've tried it now and it's still the same things. two thighs are barely larger than a dollar bill. All breading. Really disappointing...not like Hawaii. We never cared for the pasta...tons of sugar and to sweet.

You can never go wrong with Jollibee's! If you're craving chicken with original flavor or spicy, they have you covered. Their fries are delicious, the pienapple quencher drink is refreshing, their chicken and spicy chicken sandwiches are bomb flavorful, the yummy burger is bomb, Palabok and Filipino spaghetti are tasty. Let's not forget about their mango-peach and ube pies. I miss their pineapple-coconut ones, though.

1st time here, the food was delicious, a little bit steep but worth it. I wish they had more stores towards the Phoenix area.
