The vibes of the lobby are phenomenal. Nice and quiet. Very clean, modern contemporary and the smoothies are always delicious.

If you are going to shop here i advise you to read this review.

In 2020 i was so happy to find a smoothie shop i could easily access. I went here a few times, the smoothies were great as were the employees.
The next time i went, the manager of the store started giving me really bad attitude. The smoothie i got didnt taste like the other ones i have gotten of the same kind. I emailed and asked for a refund.

Then i went again to give them another try, and i again was treated terribly. I had gotten the Smoothies mixed up and i asked for the one i orginally wanted. i asked the employee if they wanted it back, while i waited for my other one. She had said no and to keep it. I went to sit down and the manager came over and grabbed it out of my hands. So after that, i had enough of being treated bad. So i left a review and decided i would not return until they had new employees. Also in my last review, the manager Megan had called me a liar and said the manager wouldnt ever treat a customer like that.

So 2023, they got new employees and i have bought about 4-5 smoothies in the last 2 months. I even updated my review. After this last time of getting a smoothie i recived an email to leave feeback. I had said that the bananas were tooo big in the smoothie and they needed to work on slicing them better. Then i recived another email from the Owner to never return to their store.

So i get treated terrble because i wanted a few refunds? I leave a bad review because the manager grabbed a smoothie out of my hands and had been rude in previous visits?

So if you recieve an email to leave feedback, dont do it because they cant take feedback like a normal business. If you have an issue, dont bother complaining. Keep it to yourself and go else where. Worst customer service i have ever gotten from a business. Dont do it. Dont come here.
