We've been coming to Keegan's for over 15 years. When we've been away for a while, it's the first stop on the way home from the airport. It's a bit of a tradition for us as a couple. That said, it certainly has changed over the years. We still custom the place as a tradition for us, but the menu and the drafts on tap used to be way better than they are now. Had to wait to be seated and it took a couple minutes (there was no one ahead of us).. the service was meh, and the food was good. We went specifically for fish and chips. It was okay but my husband is an English man and he liked the the panko fish but I think he's more of a purist and wanted more of a batter, but I thought it was really good! I didn't care for the coleslaw but he loved it (I'm not a fan of onion/]pepper taste) he did really like the tarter sauce...
