Once home, we realized there were no sauces for the tenders,and the mashed potatoes and fries were like 1/2 full. Went back and they begrudgingly fixed those problems. Once we were back and eating... the mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like chemicals. The coleslaw literally tasted rotten to me. Fries were nothing special. The chicken and biscuits were "ok" ,but not the tastiness KFC used to be. This company has gone downhill, badly. Won't waste my money again. Would literally eat the grocery store fried chicken first.

I placed a mobile order 40 mins in advance, when I arrived, food was not ready. Even worse, I waited 5 mins to just speak with someone, and there was no other customer waiting in front of me.Then, the African American lady asked for my name and told me they don’t have an order for me, but I pointed out on their iPad and told her that’s my name and my order you are looking at. Then she went in to get my food. Two unfolded boxes of hot wings in a plastic bag were being thrown on the table with a straight face and some altitude, she didn’t say who the food was for but I assumed mine because she looked right passed me as if there were someone standing behind me, so I felt like this must be her last drop of kindness she’s giving out to the human society today. I took my food and escaped with happiness, knowing I was so lucky to receive her last drop of kindness. I must be very special!I don’t know about you, but I’d like to be treated like a normal customer/human being, so I am never going back to this branch. The manager of this store needs to be questioned.

I went to pick up the online order. However, the worker said someone already picked up my food, but when I went to the store my food was on the pick up table. They didn't even check my food. Also when I came to ask about my food, she mocked, snickered, belittled me. I was so offended by what I had experienced at KFC. I felt discrimination against my skin color and race. I can't believe that KFC, the world's most well-known franchise, is hiring employees who discriminate against skin color and ethnicity.

Someone from the higher ups needs to come and see why they never ever have ANYTHING on the menu . Saddest part is that kfc is childhood memory from Sunday night with family watching movies but I don’t know this location is very disappointing. They never have the original chicken.

The food is disgusting I asked to speak to the manager about it was told manager went home at 8:00 told the girl what was wrong with the food first off I ordered original chicken got crispy instead I asked if I can bring the chicken back they said if I had a receipt mind you I was just in there 10 minutes ago paid with a debit card needless to say they gave me an assistant manager not to mention that the frying oil hadn't been changed I asked the assistant manager when the last time they changed the oil for the chicken he said yesterday needless to say the problem was not taken care of the assistant manager then hung up on me also the girl do not give me a receipt also have proof from my debit cardgeneral manager should be aware of what's going on and the health department needs to make a visit ASAP do not go there!!!!!????

FILTHY! DISGUSTING! SMELLLS HORRIBLE!! FLOORS AND EVERY SINGLE THING INCLUDING THE EMPLOYEES WERE COMPLETELY COATED WITH DIRT. THIS PLACE HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED IN AT LEAST A YEAR. The men with filthy stained "tall t- shirts" hanging out from under dirty uniforms. I stood at the counter to order for over 5 minutes listening to them use the most vulgar and profane language dropping F Bomb after F Bomb with customers (victims) in the dining room. We left after being ignored and almost choking on the foul smell coming from the place. It has a 2 star on Google for a reason!!! I do not understand why the Health Dept allows this place to operate. I wanted to warn the poor people in the drive through who had no idea of the horrendous conditions inside. Whoever is the manager or owner clearly could care less. Bottom line: Food & Filth Do not Mix! Eeeewwwwww! SO FREAKIN' GROSS!!! ????????????????????????????

Don't waste your time and money going here. Gave us the completely wrong order, even though though the repeated our order to us correctly. The chicken was soaked in oil so it was all soggy and gross. We asked for 5 piece tenders and they gave us 3. The mashed potatoes were all cold. Waste of 35 bucks. Never going
I was a bit skeptical to come to this location based on the reviews but let's just say, yummmm. Drive thru service was awesome, the young man was courteous and kind. Altho my receipt stated Angie as cashier, the young man serving me was wonderful. Thank you KFC for a wonderful Sunday meal. Appreciate the courteous service and fresh food!!

Definitely not how it use to be. The chicken quality has gone down hill, and not worth the price you pay. Ordered the $20 box, and was very disappointed. The 12 nuggets looked like popcorn chicken, and they literally give you 14 fries. The chicken tasted like it has been sitting around and reheated. The only good thing was the biscuits. I did go there once before back in October and thought the chicken tasted like it was reheated, but never commented about it. Just didn't go back until today. Won't be going there anymore.

Customer service is horrible. Very rude.. walking in and used the restroom first and it is the worst bathroom I’ve been in, it is so dirty. My husband walked out from the men’s restroom and told me that it was so dirty in there I told him the same thing. The lobby is so bad. The front counter is falling apart, the table and chairs are all dirty. The floor was so sticky. I hope this place gets remodeled soon! Even my 6 year old daughter noticed the old tv and asked me if that was from when I was born. Forget the old stuff it’s the way everything in there is so dirty. Smells like a McDonald’s playpen.

The folks who have to work here are fine; I never blame employees for a review unless they do something unbelievably atrocious. Generally speaking when something goes catastrophically wrong in a business the problem isn't lowly peons like most of us - it's management.Let's start with how part of the drive thru menu is literally burnt from either an electrical fire or spontaneous combustion, the system itself is broken which means you have to order at the window (no sign indicating this, by the way). Oh yeah, the sign on the building is busted and has been for ages.It's got terrible ratings for a reason.
