Excellent quality fish. So fresh and delicious. Had the Koibito bowl and highly recommend. Definitely coming back! Place is a gem.

Shrinkflation poke bowls.. ordered a large got the tiniest half empty bowl ever. These guys are a rip off. Ordered Sunday 6/2 at around 6PM.
Sophia was over-the-top friendly, courteous, and generous.The food is so, so healthy and displays nicely in the bowl.

I really didn’t want to do this review but this is now the third time I bought a bowl from here and have hardly any of the protein! It’s mostly rice. Very disappointing when you pay almost $20 with tip for a small poke bowl.

The food is so good and so fresh!! Hands down the best poke bowl I’ve had and will definitely be returning. James helped me today and was so informative and patient with me being my first time in. Really good food and customer service !!!

My two coworkers and I came in for the first time and although the bowl was delicious, we won’t be coming back due to how much expensive it is. We each ordered a 4 scoop bowl which came out to about $20~ after tax.Here’s why we won’t be returning: the tip swivel machine. I’m unsure about their other locations, but this specific location has the tablet that turns around and asks you to tip on top of a very expensive meal. Their website claims they are fast casual which used to mean no tipping but I guess not anymore. Why do we need to tip?Hey Koibito owner, serious question: Do you tip at Subway or Chipotle?How can you expect your customers to afford a $20 bowl and then ask them tip on top of that? Why do we need to make up for your employees salary? Why do we need to feel bad if we don’t tip? You do realize your tipping feature sours the entire dining experience. Guarantee if you remove that feature, customers will come back more often. You do know customer’s deliberately do not come back because they don’t want to deal with tip fatigue at a fast casual restaurant. You’re hurting your business by asking your customers to tip on top of a very expensive meal. There’s a sushi restaurant down the street that offers lunch specials half the price of your bowl and comes out cheaper even with tip. Stay competitive.Tipping culture has gone out of control. All three of us immediately got turned off when I saw that tip feature and said we need to treat Koibito like a sit down restaurant and come once a year only. We will return in 2025 and hopefully you’ll have the tipping feature removed and stop making us pay your employees salary.
