I don’t know why I tried to get donuts here so many times. I went there a few months ago to get some of the holiday donuts and they were out, tried again a few weeks later and they had no glazed donuts because the glazer was broken. Tried going on January 28 to get one of the new valentine donuts and they are closed.... how are they even still in business or do I just have the worst luck? 3 strikes guys... I’ll just go to the one by superstition mall they always have what I want and they are open... crucial for the survival of a business

Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing! My favorite ones are the original, raspberry filled, and lemon filled. This location is really clean, the staff friendly, and service speedy. If you haven't tried Krispy Kreme donuts yet, you have to. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love the mini doughnuts. Some times this location runs out very quickly in the morning. Especially if there is a new seasonal/celebration ?. So if you have one in mind I would get there super early before the rush comes to wipe them out.

Went in an hours before close and there was still a great selection and hot originals still rolling off the conveyor belt. Great visit. Just wish the doughnuts were a little less expensive.

The Chandler Krispy Kreme is consistently unprepared for their opening. If your hours say you will be open at 5:30, you should at least have your signature glazed doughnut available. Most of the time the employees can't even give me an ETA on when they will be there, but I have been quoted up to 2 hours before.

Over the weekend I placed an order of two dozen "holiday" specialty doughnuts to be picked up this morning. They were for my daughter's class at school. When I arrived the people at the store had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently whoever took my order never placed it or something. But after telling them they were for my daughters class and how disappointed the kids would be they got right to work getting my order ready and even gave me a small discount for my wait. Even though the mix up was annoying I appreciated the effort to fix it and the apologies. The doughnuts were delicious too!

I have gone twice to this location and once they gave me cold doughnuts although fresh ones were coming out but their excuse was that they needed to glaze them. Second time got delicious warm doughnuts but had to wait an awful amount of time for my room temperature "iced coffes"

Great staff and great donuts!.Mostly, a good "down to earth" unpretentious style of place.If you love donuts, a economical yet good coffee. Sit down and Chill.
I usually like this place for donut, but the lady who was giving service had a serious temper. Usually I can understand if it's a long line and she had to deal with so many customers, but her attitude toward the customer was just wrong. She seemed a little irritated and she became angry at me for no rational reason. I would still go back if it's the only nearest place for donut. Another thing is that the driveway menu was way too tall and you cant even see it when you're sitting in the driver's seat. It's way too close to the car and the menu is way too tall for where it's supposed to be.

My husband showed up & they had no chocolate glazed made. How do you not have any of your main donuts in stock when it’s an hour & a half before closing. Then we wanted to order pumpkin spice & apparently the company who makes them went bankrupt. So why are you advertising them if you can’t produce them?? So mad we drove across town to be disappointed!
