I cannot tell you how many times this location has screwed something up. I don't go in that often because of the fact that it's quite apparent they need a new manager that knows how to train their staff correctly. It is beyond frustrating that you spend money at this place when they can't even get your order right. Two times i know for a fact i had went once and my mom sIster and i and our babies went on a separate trip where we had asked specifically for the original fillled chocolate Kreme donut. Guess what they gave us on these two different visits on two totally different days....CHOCOLATE ICED KREME FILLED!!!!! If you don't have it just tell us rather than getting our hopes up. I wish the other locations were not so far away. So that's two dozen donuts now that we have suffered through because the employees can't comprehend basic English. I wonder if this guy ever went to any kind of schooling what so ever.

I don’t know why I tried to get donuts here so many times. I went there a few months ago to get some of the holiday donuts and they were out, tried again a few weeks later and they had no glazed donuts because the glazer was broken. Tried going on January 28 to get one of the new valentine donuts and they are closed.... how are they even still in business or do I just have the worst luck? 3 strikes guys... I’ll just go to the one by superstition mall they always have what I want and they are open... crucial for the survival of a business

Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing! My favorite ones are the original, raspberry filled, and lemon filled. This location is really clean, the staff friendly, and service speedy. If you haven't tried Krispy Kreme donuts yet, you have to. I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love the mini doughnuts. Some times this location runs out very quickly in the morning. Especially if there is a new seasonal/celebration ?. So if you have one in mind I would get there super early before the rush comes to wipe them out.

Came here with a coupon for a free dozen original glaze. The parking lot and how you drive up to get into the drive thru was very confusing! There was 1 car ahead of us in the drive thru. That car ordered and then went to the pick up window. There we sat in our car - waiting and waiting and waiting to place our order. After about 5 minutes of waiting, finally the employee took our order over the speaker. We pulled around to the pick up window only to see the car that was ahead of us in line was still there waiting for their order! It took another 10+ minutes before they received their order. Then we pulled up to the window and continued waiting before receiving our donuts. This is where it gets real interesting: They charged $12.41 for our dozen glaze - didn't cost us because we had the coupon. The exact same box of 1 dozen original glaze is only $11.99 in California. Just FYI for those who don't like California prices. Arizona donuts must have some sort of added tax! Will not be returning!!!!!!!!

Went in an hours before close and there was still a great selection and hot originals still rolling off the conveyor belt. Great visit. Just wish the doughnuts were a little less expensive.

The Chandler Krispy Kreme is consistently unprepared for their opening. If your hours say you will be open at 5:30, you should at least have your signature glazed doughnut available. Most of the time the employees can't even give me an ETA on when they will be there, but I have been quoted up to 2 hours before.

Over the weekend I placed an order of two dozen "holiday" specialty doughnuts to be picked up this morning. They were for my daughter's class at school. When I arrived the people at the store had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently whoever took my order never placed it or something. But after telling them they were for my daughters class and how disappointed the kids would be they got right to work getting my order ready and even gave me a small discount for my wait. Even though the mix up was annoying I appreciated the effort to fix it and the apologies. The doughnuts were delicious too!
I have gone twice to this location and once they gave me cold doughnuts although fresh ones were coming out but their excuse was that they needed to glaze them. Second time got delicious warm doughnuts but had to wait an awful amount of time for my room temperature "iced coffes"

This place sucks! Do not visit this store! Per one of their employees, "it is what it is". Thats something that you should never say to a customer. I hope Krispy Kreme Corporate reads this. NEGATIVE FIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE. They had to close their drive through as well!? Not sure why, and it's not the customer's fault they want a receipt and you don't have paper!? My goodness. This store was all kinds of ate up. Never going back.

I usually like this place for donut, but the lady who was giving service had a serious temper. Usually I can understand if it's a long line and she had to deal with so many customers, but her attitude toward the customer was just wrong. She seemed a little irritated and she became angry at me for no rational reason. I would still go back if it's the only nearest place for donut. Another thing is that the driveway menu was way too tall and you cant even see it when you're sitting in the driver's seat. It's way too close to the car and the menu is way too tall for where it's supposed to be.

One type of business that is conspicuously absent from the area near where we live is a good donut shop. Previous online searches yielded only grocery stores and Dunkin' Donuts. There are a couple of Dunkin' Donuts located not too far away. However, these days it seems impractical to stop by just to pick up donuts as it has become a Starbucks wannabe where long lines of fussy patrons go to be seen consuming their lavish beverages. Thankfully a Yelp friend posted a review of this Krispy Kreme, which it turns out is more or less on my way to work. The service is quicker, then selection is far greater, and the quality of the donuts is just better, especially the Easy As Pie variety they're offering right now. The price for a dozen is comparable to anywhere else you could go to get a similar product. Yay for donuts!
