Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

Kura is no longer the bright diamond in the rough it used to be. Plates are now $3.50, nearly all dishes have gone up, sushi rolled poorly, and dirt in our drinks. I used to get excited to go here. Now I got to grieve my favorite sushi spot. It was good while it lasted.

I cannot express how pleased I was with this experience. It was authentic. The food was wonderful. The wait was insignificant. Staff were prompt. The food was delicious. I loved this place.

Cost was moderate $173 for a party of 4 that was high and hungry.

Pretty good for quick lunch. Wait time was about 20 min on a saturday at 1pm. Nigiri plates are $3.50 each.

Very dirty place! The robot which delivers drinks looked like it had never been cleaned. Remnants of filth everywhere! Give the place a wipe down !!!

A human said hello. A human seats us. A robot brings us drinks. A conveyor belt brings us food. I give human my card to pay for food. We leave with full stomachs.

Just moved to AZ and we were excited to go to this place. I wouldn't waste your time! The food tasted bland with mayo on top of most of it. I had to get up twice and go to the front to receive assistance after waiting long lengths of time after pushing a button for assistance, and nobody came. The waitress was short with me and everyone at the FOH looked miserable! However I will say, the initial waitress who seated us was extremely friendly and welcoming, it’s a shame she was the only one. There was barely any sushi on the conveyor belt, and the lids for the plates are awful, they make it difficult to pull the plate of sushi out. I will never return here.

I love this place. I like the concept of allowing customers to order what is missing on the bar. I enjoy the cute water delivering robot. It’s different. Yes I would drive this far to have dinner here. The design inside is modern and cute. The price is not so bad.
