Probably some of the worst service experience I’ve had in my life. How is it that you have one table in the restaurant to take care of and you are so un attentive. The food was almost ok if not for the fact that the meat and broth was a little on the sour side. The restaurant itself looks very nice but I will never come back.

We both had Thai tea and the chicken spring rolls. Both were amazing. I ordered the Wagyu stone pho bowl and my husband ordered the lobster stone, pho bowl and added shrimp. We had very good service and the food was delicious. Such a fun experience, adding our veggies, rice noodle’s and our meat to our pho. We will definitely be going back!

Really good authentic vietnamese food. There's not many Vietnamese restaurant where bún bò Huế, bún mắm, bún chả ha nội, on the same menu.
Today we had wagyu hot stone pho, bun mam, vietnamese eggrolls. All were on point. This place have authentic good tasting vietnamese dishes.

There was only one server in the entire restaurant, and she couldn’t speak English well, which made communication really difficult. Service was incredibly slow, and we were patient… until the food came.
I ordered strawberry smoothie (plain, cant taste any strawberries favor), a Northern Vietnamese noodle dish and my friend ordered the pork with steamed rice. Here’s the shocking part: the tomato on the pork dish had visible mold on it. Not just old—moldy.
We immediately told the server, but she gave no explanation, no apology, and absolutely no solution. We were still charged full price for the dish with spoiled ingredients.
This is a serious food safety issue, and the lack of accountability was beyond disappointing. I love Vietnamese food, but I won’t be coming back here again. Eat at your own risk.

I can verify that this restaurant is woefully understaffed. I went there for lunch on a weekday, and was 1 kid-barely out of this teens- waiting on 4 tables. He was the only server there, running around getting extra bowls, chopsticks, serving food etc. The food quality also left much to be desired. I got an expensive seafood noodle bowl. The quality of the seafood was poor and tasted fishy. While I appreciated the amount of vegetables served with the noodles, it only highlighted the fact that there was so few pieces of squid, shrimp, and what might have been scallops served over the noodles.. Definitely would not recommend.
