We love the honey walnut shrimp meal. It comes over a bed of rice. When we ordered today they brought one meal w rice on the side. No meal for me. So we asked about. Waitress put in for it and when she came back w second meal, she basically tossed it at us. No rice with this meal at all. So we asked for management. Manager said payment was correct, charged extra for side of rice. We said we always have rice under honey walnut shrimp. Never as a side. He said it should have came the way we said - but nothing done to accommodate us and we got second meal late. 60 for two meals and no rice under the meal as advertised. Disappointed. Previous visits were always good.

Everything that was served was great. We had to use the restroom and when we came back the host acted like she didn’t know us. She was SUPER rude on how she spoke to us. We told the waiter we wanted to complain but all he said was “she’s probably having a bad day”. We spend over 100+ there only to get treated like garbage by the host. They really need to get that under control. (I feel that we were treated differently because of our appearance)

Horrible 1 star review. Took family there for a Veteran's day honoring veteran's. Family asked for a booth. Hostess turned to us and said "No, we don't have one, not that's clean anyway." Shocked we looked around to see how busy they were, but we only saw two customers eating. She then told us to wait and have a seat. Mind you-no one else was there or waiting. She then took her time cleaning all the booths, 5 or 6 and never even returned to seat us.
We finally got the message, figuring the reason they only had two customers was due to subpar service. The old hag at the front who is your server really should be fired, if she cannot do the work, isn't willing to do the work or is just plain lazy and nasty-I'm sure someone else would appreciate having a good job at the casino!

My orange peel chicken was hard as a rock, I ordered long live soup that is supposed to be served before our dinner and they never brought it, I told the server A lot and they brought it when I was almost done with my food. The bartender is pretty terrible. I have to say they need extra help. He just doesn’t care!!

Ling and Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill is a great spot for flavorful Asian fusion cuisine with a fun twist. Yesterday was our first time dining and we were thoroughly impressed. Judy was our server and she told us she’s worked there for 28 years (amazing)! The menu offers a fantastic selection, blending classic Asian flavors with creative, modern dishes. The sushi is fresh, the cocktails are unique, and the spicy edamame is a must-try! The atmosphere is lively and inviting, perfect for a night out with friends or a casual dinner. Serious is 5 star. Overall, Ling and Louie’s delivers a memorable dining experience with bold flavors and a fun vibe. Highly recommend!

Food was good, service was horrible from both the bartender and the waitress. I made a scene trying to get my own drink after it had been ordered by the waitress 20 min prior. The bartender was upset, so I paid for a $25 glass of orange juice instead of a mimosa. Waitress served everyone around us before serving us...food was cold when it came to us....two appetizers took 45 min before getting ....it was not even warm...if it was busy I'd understand..but it wasnt.

Food was really good, lots of different choices. The service was quick and attentive. I was expecting this to be higher and, but it was extremely casual, maybe a level between pei wei and PF Chang’s.
