Ling And Louies is located in the Gila River Casino Hotel. Nice space just off the casino floor. Menu is varied and food is very well prepared. We greatly enjoyed the calamari and Ahi tuna. Both were large portions and reasonably price. The orange chicken and lettuce wraps also very good. The Pad Thai lacked the peanut flavor you expect with nthis dish, but was good. Service by George was efficient.
Food is always excellent and it did not disappoint. The service was a lot to be desired. We got our food and our waitress forgot about us afterwards. I had to go to the bar to get more water because she never came back and we couldn't get the attention of anyone else woeking.

I wouldn’t say it was outstanding or anything was overly delicious. It’s average Asian fusion plates.
We got several plates including gyoza, shoshito peppers appetizer, and pad Thai, and the boa tacos. All was good. We enjoyed the appetizers most.
Drinks menu is standard, and they have many options. I would say the drinks in the restaurant were mid. I would recommend going to the bar and getting something.
