2 times I've been to this location and their Hot-n-ready is really old and dry. Last time I ordered 2 Hot-n-ready items but they didn't have them so I ordered and waited for them as they said only 10 minutes. 31 minutes later I got one item cold that was sitting outside of the warmer and a fresh one from the oven. Disregarding my discomfort they just offered to get them made fresh again, I rejected it because I wasn't willing to waste another half an hour

I went to little Caesars pizza on Alma School road just south of Elliot on the right south east corner. I ordered and they said it would take about 30 minutes I said that's ok I'll wait. They were so busy they had 10 people coming and going and kept them all happy. They are fast and clean and friendly staff. I went up to ask when it was just passed the time they said just to see if it was almost done. the manager came up and helped me his name Charles he took charge and got it out to me very fast. I will always go to this Caesars pizza from now on he won me over to become a permanent customer. I greatly appreciate him he is intelligent and clean and fast at his job. All the things you look for in a general manager he holds. Because I do the same I'm a general manager, so I wanted to make sure others know, if you want the best pizza in a very clean store and the pizza is all fresh ingredients and tastes better than the other little Caesar pizza places I've been to. If your looking for excellence Charles is your man. And so is his staff. Thank you for making my night great with an unexpected service and better food than I was expecting. Well done Charles.Parking: It has more than most little Caesars pizza places I've been to. And has a clean front to his store .Kid-friendliness: They get you in and out of the store so fast that your family doesn't have to wait forever. It's just a fun atmosphere there. It's worth bringing your family to see how well they are treated by the staff. They are always smiling and making sure you don't have to wait to long. It's done very well.Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to get into this store no matter who you are . Or what disability you have.

Where do I even start. oh I know the floor was so dirty I could literally draw on it with my shoes I literally played a game of tick tac tow on the floor. Second I've seen 5 year old cut a pizza better how do you cut a pizza across 4 times and get 7 slices. Tho I get it these employees are probably payed minimum wage and worked to death by an exploiting store owner thay have plenty reason to hate there jobs these employees need a rase and far better working conditions sometimes in the summer it's hotter in the building then outside the building this is unacceptable. You're employees should be you priority.
