Little Caesars Pizza

The kid who rang me up was on his cell phone the entire time. He literally made me wait while he was texting his friend before he asked me what I needed. Then as I’m talking to him, he keeps looking down at his phone and laughing. I can’t imagine little Caesars is ok with their employees doing this.

Trash service all the way around

I've made pizzas guys. Upon looking I thought this was made with hate. Person answering the phone was laughing upon first picking up the phone and continued giggling through the phone call. Clueless. Y'all can have fun just don't have the pizza suffer as a consequence of a lack of discipline. Never order from this location. This the 1st for me. It was a mistake (meant for other Alma School location), I didn't realize just how big of a mistake i made until opening the box. Just cancel the order next time or get a refund if you end making the same mistake.

Poor customer service, I set for 6 minutes with two employees who looked at me and never asked or offered to be right with me. Someone of another race came in and they hurriedly came to assist

Most unprofessional and worst pizza ever!!!
I visited last night on Friday 7/25/25 around 7pm there was little boy and little girl there. Honestly surprised they haven't burn down this place. I feel this is the worst little Caesars in town. Stay away unless you want bad service and bad quality pizza that will give you the worst food poisoning ever. Currently at the ER and I can't stop throwing up. I will definitely be contacting environmental health department first thing Monday morning. Very unacceptable you people are going to kill someone.

He had a great experience today. The classic pizzas we got today were hot and ready. It was delicious, the employee that served us was nice, welcoming and Great customer service. The store was nice and clean. I would come back again.

While Little Caesars may not be gourmet, it’s reliable and gets the job done. I especially want to recognize the manager, Trey, for his outstanding customer service. When our order was incorrect, he immediately offered a refund and even provided free pizzas for our next visit. He handled the situation with professionalism and kindness—truly appreciated!

I cant say it’s been a 5 star every time I’ve been, however this visit earned it. Food was great, bread sticks were probably best ever for that location and the employees were outstanding. I’m not sure what changed at the Queen Creek and Alma School location but whatever it was, Thank You.

Its actually insane how unprofessional it was in here. From employees yelling at each other, to having kids playing games where the food is prepared. I dont think ill be back, i shouldve looked at the reviews first..

No surprise that this location has a 2 star average. They can’t be bothered to have fresh food or give a single squirt of duck scat about even mediocre customer service. Definitely avoid delivery, it’ll surely be later than the food is worth eating. They use door dash & refuse to take any accountability for errors.
