Its actually insane how unprofessional it was in here. From employees yelling at each other, to having kids playing games where the food is prepared. I dont think ill be back, i shouldve looked at the reviews first..

No surprise that this location has a 2 star average. They can’t be bothered to have fresh food or give a single squirt of duck scat about even mediocre customer service. Definitely avoid delivery, it’ll surely be later than the food is worth eating. They use door dash & refuse to take any accountability for errors.

I want to say that the man who is in the photo with the blue circle served me, the owner and the employees can surely identify him, I didn't want to take a photo of his face... And I must say that I bought my pizza on July 16, 2024 I went into the store to wait for someone and he was cutting pizzas, and I saw how he cut 4 pizzas and prepared wings, well, after that he helped me but the first thing he asked me if I was coming to pick up I told him NO, and he went back to continue cutting pizzas, when he finally finished, he took my order, I waited 15 minutes for my pizzas, and he went to hide in the back, when I saw my order, things were missing, and I waited for him to serve me again, and he was ignoring me, another employee is another with dark skin, a little fat, told the one in the photo that there was someone in front and he ignored his co-worker and went to wash his hands and attended to me and gave me the things that were missing. I mean that this second The man who I didn't take a photo of, but who was friendly, and also made the pizza very delicious, was a good employee and gives importance to the customers, but not the one in the photo. I DON'T WANT TO GIVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THE PIZZA AND THE OTHER YOUNG MAN WAS KINDER THAN THE ONE IN THE PHOTO WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They have a grown adult working there that couldn’t count out $0.81 cents in change because he didn’t have quarters and didn’t know how to count it out with dimes or nickels. Told me sorry and closed the cash register.

Was there for my mobile order. Received an email and app notification that it was ready but had to see the cashier because it wasn't loaded in the portal. He asked if I was here for pickup. "Yes" I replied. He told me it would be a couple minutes. 15 minutes and seeing 4 customers walk in and walk out with their food. I finally received mine. ????

Pizza was given to me cold… i just don’t understand how hard it is to keep something in a warmer. Management ought to be embarrassed for allowing their poorly trained employees to send something out like this.

To the management team: if you are wondering why you are not hitting your sales goals, the store is not taking new pizza orders 20 minutes before closing time. Happy to share more details as needed.

I used to go to this location weekly. It seems that they're under new management whose priority is to use as little ingredients as possible. I tried a couple of times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, between subpar pizza, they're having difficulty meeting their time frame. I'm so sorry to see them fail. Hopefully, they'll go out of business, and new owners will do it right.
