Finally, there is new owners since late October 2013. The foods are the same great taste, and the customer services is great again. The owner are two sisters, who are really friendly and can sometimes sit down and chat for a long time when they are not busy. The best time to come is about 1:30pm before 4:30pm. It's one of the places that Chinese students hang out at.I specifically like their Fish filet and Chicken filet dishes, which is really traditional Taiwanese flavor. I am not so much about their Boba tea, which is too sweet for me.I don't like their rice noodle soup, which doesn't taste the same as I expected in Taiwan.

I go here pretty often, and everything I've tried has been good. Love the lavender milk tea. Just make sure to bring cash--you can only pay with a card if you spend $10.

Cashier isn't friendly/polite. Said no to boba, but changed my mind and asked for boba and cashier (older lady) rolled her eyes at me!!!! Rude.

This is a really good location to me after I go to Kung fu.The food is good! While you're waiting, they have some nice entertainment!Yum~ Boba! If you don't like boba that's okay! You can get a slushy!I really like this place. And I think you should go here!

probably the worst boba tea I ever had. I asked for the taro milk tea & got a drink that was very gritty and tasteless. I even got sick afterwards. The boba tasted okay. Boba tea house is way better.
love going here for the Taiwanese drinks, snacks & beef noodle soup.

good boba, horrible service.
Order the smoothies with boba rather than slush.
Don't come early - they don't open until 11am, but they do stay open late, until 10 or 11pm.
