I tried washing my hands before eating, but the soap dispenser was out of soap. The guy cooking went in after me. How did the cook wash his hands with no soap? I cringed a little when he did not wash his hands.I love the food here, but the unsanitary condition leaves a lot to be desired.

Ordered the 18 wings and pizza special… got like 10 slices maybe 12 of pepperoni on the whole pizza. It was more of a cheese pizza… took a while to get our order and the food was warm not hot… big disappointment

Wings seemed refried, not fresh at 10:20am. Caution tape across booth, homeless person begged at their counter and approached me. Front counter lady was friendly and helpful and even verbally told the homeless bigger to leave her customer alone. ?

Placed a delivery order and they fixed my order bad I order French fries and chili cheese fries and they weren't fresh fries they were old and cold french fries the chili was from the can just dumped on the cold old fries and they sprinkled cheese on them just warmed it to melt the cheese I called and complained and they said they were hot when came out and they said they can't replace them just took my name and said that I come in and they're give me free chili cheese fries to make up for the cold ... Bad enough for $43.00 plus tip the whole order should have been fresh and hot NOT OLD AND COLD!

I have tried phx n mesa long wongs and have had excellent hot food and free refills!!! this place served me cold wings. REFILLS are 75 cents!!! What.... Yeah not happy at all.. I will travel to the other Long wongs for hot food

We got a pizza with the works, cheese fries and a cheesy potato. Food was hot and prepared promptly. Customer service was served w/a smile, eta when food would and nice gestures. Great job.

Everytime we've ordered a pizza here the last 2 months you barely put any cheese and the bottom is burned.We been with you guys for years. Very Disappointed.

Ordered potato skins and 1/2 dozen mild wings. Was told it would be 10 minutes. They gave me a device to let me know when my order was ready. 20+ mins later I walk back in and check on my order. Was told there are NO potatoes and my wings were just sitting there. They had me substitute with 2 sides. I get home and those 2 sides we actual half sides each. Ripped me off about a good $7. Not a happy camper at all.

I've been coming here for two decades. Unfortunately the quality has gone down significantly these past few years.
The wings were over crispy, all the meat stuck on the bones. Since taking some of my order out, even after complaining to the cashier, all she could say was “I also don’t like my wings crispy “.

This review is for delivery. I had been craving chicken wings for awhile so last night I ordered a delivery of 28 piece mild buffalo wings from here. The wings were juicy with a really good flavor and it totally satisfied my craving. Still had a lot left for another big meal today. I recommend this place if you are looking for some good wings!
