My husband was helping with a conference / retirement party in Arizona (planning from Pittsburgh, PA) and needed a cake at the last minute, for someone retiring from working with a water company. Sarah, was very friendly, polite, professional, and very helpful, over the phone, in deciding what size/style German chocolate cake to order for a birthday. It was an innovative and unique cake, from the posted picture. Sooo delicious too! The filling and icing was very scrumptious as well. It cut and served very nicely, and wasn't overly sweet and sugary.
