Great theater and it’s always nice to get adult beverages and food while watching a movie. Downside: seats don’t recline. Gilbert has reclining seats but that’s the only difference.

Fries are delicious. I got the sandwich melt, says spicy but not really. I enjoyed it. Their cookies and cream shake is very good. Kids were happy with their burgers. Definitely recommend anything fries!
Edit: Manager reached out and made it right, presumably fixed the problem and gave us an opportunity to have a better experience. We will update once we come again this weekend or next.
My family and I went to watch a movie tonight (6/22/2025) and the smell in the lobby and the theater is horrible it's like a sewage or sulfur smell. I thought maybe I could power through it but it was a bad smell and it's lingering on my clothes. It's a shame because it's such a cool theater and such a bad experience for family that hasn't been there before. The movie was great, and the cookies and cream shake was delicious, but I won't come again if it smells like that again.

Do not put your debit or credit card in your order, besides giving a tip they also charge a fee which is another tip. I complained about it in a feedback section because I was forced to give 2 tips for service that wasn't there. Don't purchase endless popcorn or sodas unless you want to miss parts of the movie to have to walk to the bar to get more of both. This place was a rip off. Not recommended.

Used to come to Majestic all the time, but then something changed. The theatres are not very clean anymore, you have to use an app now and you never see the servers, they stopped playing Planes Trains and Automobiles on Thanksgiving (a tradition that we (and many others - packed theatre!!) did for years with Alamo Drafthouse before becoming Majestic). And overall just unhappy with this place now. Really wish that they wouldn't have changed so much.
Plz take the onions and tomatoes off the grilled cheese. I’m begging

I had a few glitches with the service but after speaking with the bar manager, he made sure to make things right for my wife and I. I appreciate the hospitality. Aside from that, the menu is fantastic and prices are reasonable. One thing they could do to improve would be to move the ordering QR codes to the post under the tables that gets some light so that you can scan it without having to use flashlight mode on the phone.

Used to be our go to theatre, so disappointing the past few months and we have decided to find a new theatre. Unlimited popcorn and refills were done away with as well as having a server take your order. Although when there were servers they rarely came back for refills. The bill was incorrect 90% of the time and finding someone at the end of the movie to correct the error was difficult.
Now everything is done via an app accessed by a QR code. The app is not at all straight forward and difficult to use. Sometime a server will stop by before the movie and other times they don’t.
The process to see a movie and have popcorn and a drink may be easier for the staff but it certainly is extremely frustrating for the consumer. We will be going back to a theatre that does it the easy way for us.

We have always enjoyed the Majestic Theater. While it was an expensive night out, the refills on drinks and popcorn, as well as the personalized service, set it apart from other movie night experiences. Sadly, those wonderfully unique qualities have been done away with. I doubt we will seek out the Majestic going forward.
