Every drive thru visit is at least 15 minutes. They’ve lost my order multiple times (simple orders) and ive now waited 30 minutes in the drive thru.

The people at this drive thru act speak half words. "Yo", "dat it", "else" "and", "drink".
Like I have to ask them what do you mean "and" they reply "AND what else do you want"
Lol Service is garbage. Get a better person at the window who doesn't sound so depressed to work at McDonald's. Have him in the lobby with people who can see them to sharpen thier customer service skills. Someone like that can learn but not at the window.

There was a guy, a customer sitting inside in the table area coughing up a lung, mucous, etc....it was absolutely disgusting...are workers not allowed to ask him to leave? I couldn't even dine in to eat my food because I was trying not to throw up... other than the disgusting customer food was great, staff was awesome!!

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to - drive thru is only for payment since they ask almost every single car to pull up to the drive thru parking. Waited for an hour in the drive thru once (I got blocked in so I couldn’t leave - worst part was I had placed an order using the mobile app - but was only allowed to use the drive thru to pick up)

They sent me to the front where I waited and sat parked for over half an hour. I had to call and ask every single guy that walked out with someone else's order, for all of them to completely disregard me after walking back in. One of them even told me I don't know and I don't care. All for two sandwiches, stale & cold fries, and a weak sweet tea. Go somewhere else.
