This McDonalds is by far one of the worst I frequent and I come here often as a dasher. Unbelievable wait times and the staff is rarely friendly or attentive. I really despise servicing this location. There’s a reason their rating is so low and it’s deserved.

This location seems to have issues with getting orders correct. A sausage and egg biscuit without the egg? A hamburger without any condiments on it? We will be avoiding this location until they get a competent manager.
Sad, hadn't been there in along time, and was shocked by the prices. The quality and service was very poor. Don't recommend and it will be a very long time if I ever go again.

This is not what I ordered. Nuggets instead of hamburger and nobody is answering the phone. I’m not driving back up there for them to correct this. You guys need to make it right.
This local McDonald’s had no Monopoly game pieces even though the promotion was still active (“bonus play ends 11/2/25, all play ends 11/23/25”). No signs, no notice, and staff didn’t say a word — just handed out plain packaging.
When I emailed corporate, they sent the same generic “official rules” response everyone gets. I wasn’t asking for fine print — I was asking why McDonald’s thinks it doesn’t need to tell customers when promotions run out. Legally they may be covered by “while supplies last,” but it’s still bad business and lazy customer service. This McDonalds always gets the order wrong and never does what the customer likes. Most of the workers are rude and basically throw the food in your face when picking up.
As a shareholder, it’s disappointing to see the company settle for the bare minimum instead of setting basic communication standards for its stores.

Witnessed a Heath code violation while visiting today.
We ordered from the drive through. Upon receiving our food, we noticed that they made our order incorrectly. I returned to the restaurant from the parking lot. I let the manager know about the issue and she took the unwrapped food items back from me to check them before remaking the order. She separated the buns to make sure the lettuce was actually there, as I claimed. Lol
Just overall horrible quality food. Wish we would’ve went to a different location. Every item in the Order was wrong and the burger patties were tough and felt like sandpaper smothered in ketchup and mustard.
