McDonald's is always what you expect it to be. Sometimes I'm pleasantly surprised. Sometimes I'm not really happy with the quality. But most the time it's exactly what I think it is going to be. Sometimes they're super fast sometimes they're super slow. But usually when it's slow it's because they're busy. I am a faithful McDonald's fan. They are definitely my favorite fast food restaurant and they always have been. I feel like the value for what you're paying is always really good. They have some really good deals. And I'm not a big breakfast eater but good Lord that steak bagel thing they have is out of sight! Most of the time at least. Sometimes it's not as good as others but again in general I'm always very happy with McDonald's. That $5 value meal thing they have is just seriously a great value. However the McDonald's that I usually go to on Chandler boulevard has been closed because of a fire forever! We always say I cannot believe they're not open yet the money that they're missing out on. And I will also say that before the fire the service of this one has gone seriously down. Hopefully when they reopen it'll be better. I've been going to the one over near The gila River casino. And it's impressed me. I do miss the one being right down the street from me though at Chandler boulevard. I'm sick of people expecting more than what they're paying for things. For $5 I'm going to get a burger and french fries and some cold McNuggets and a drink. And that's exactly what I should get for $5. I'm not going to get a red robin quality burger. But for 5.00 I am very satisfied with what McDonald's gives me. And I will forever go back. But they have to reopen in order for me to do that! The sign outside said the end of december. I hope they didn't mean 2026!!! 🙂

I ordered a Large mocha Frappe on the app. I went to the Drive-thru after waiting to get to the speaker I gave the girl my code and she tells me that they are out of Frappe's. Shouldn't it show not available on the app so you don't waste your time or get stuck in the drive-thru. Luckily I was able to back out of the drive-thru. I went inside to get my refund, the manager helped me after a short wait. She was kinda rude and didn't have a name tag. I got no answer on why I was able to purchase an item that the didn't have available. No apology or compensation for the mistake and inconvenience.

I added on the app that I wanted lite ice on my large coke and I got almost a full cup of ice . The ice was up to the frappe line placed in the cup. Plus not even full with soda . I only had a few sips and was done

They deny service dogs entry to the building. Not emotional support, service dogs… My wife and I went in and they said our service dog was not allowed to be inside. After showing them his paperwork, forcing my wife to violate HIPAA and expose her medical condition. They still refused to apologize and allow entry of our dog. They were some of the rudest workers I have ever met and appalled at not only the tone of their voice but the unwillingness to even listen when I was speaking/having to show (unnecessary) paperwork.

This is the only location that didn't screw my babies orders up. Thankfully I didn't have to go back thru the drive thru for a hamburger happy meal with only ketchup and onions ave a cheeseburger happy meal with only cheese and onions. Simple order that is screwed up at every McDonald's restaurant we go to every time. Even our regular location. I wish you guys were closer to us in Mesa lol.
