Went to get my child a happy meal, sat at the drive through for a few Minutes, and then another car went up in the other drive through and they got helped like in 2 seconds.

Walmart customer service you can't go inside you always have to use the machine sometimes you don't know how to use machine sometimes you need help they would not help me they said just go to drive through and then we order the food they totally missed our drinks got the orders wrong very rude people that don't want to be at McDonald's

First of all, people, the employees are stealing money from the business... How do they do it? I ordered at the cashier and paid with my card. He marked it as a kiosk order, which I didn't. He charged me for the full breakfast, but she only marked one plate in stead and didn't give me a receipt. After more than 15 minutes, I asked for my order, and that's when things got really bad. Another older woman came to the register and tried to charge me again. The cashier then said told her I had paid and brought a kitchen receipt. Another manager intervened and confronted me, saying the delay was because I had ordered at the kiosk, which I didn't. The cashier then freaked out and told the manager that the old lady had told her not to charge for the coffee, that the old lady had yelled from behind her, saying she hadn't said that. I ended up with a cold breakfast and the guilt for ordering the order and exposing her scam in front of other customers.
Leaving this review at a one star due to the fact that 2 mornings in a row, they're supposed to open at 4 AM and I sat here for twenty minutes, and they still are not open. If you have incompetent employees, that cannot show up on time.Maybe find somebody else.

Disgusting McDonaldâs â The Worst in the World!
Today, my husband decided to grab a bite at McDonaldâs, but what he got was a complete disaster. The burger he was served was an absolute nightmare! The preparation process was completely ignored: the bun was soggy, the filling was falling apart, and the sauce was dripping all over his hands. It was impossible to hold this âmasterpieceâ â everything was falling apart instantly. He couldnât even properly taste it; after one bite, he just threw it straight into the trash. It was completely inedible!
But the worst part isnât just the awful burger â itâs the overall state of this place. After what happened, I decided to check out the reviews, and I was horrified! People are constantly complaining about unsanitary conditions, filth, chaos, and rude staff. Now I realize my husband actually got âluckyâ â at least he didnât end up with food poisoning after such a âmeal.â
I truly believe this McDonaldâs is the worst not only in America but in the entire world! Complete mess, disgusting food, and employees who clearly donât care about their job. This place should be shut down immediately, or at the very least, fire the entire staff and hire people who actually know how to work.
In the end, $12 was just thrown in the trash. My husband didnât even bother complaining because he values his nerves. But we will NEVER come back here, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away! Even animals wouldnât eat this garbage.
