Customs service is great place is clean , just expect to pay a dollar over everything at this location seems weird a block away they have everything plus a children's play pin for better pricing a dollar and 10 cents under the whole menu to be exact , must be the owner of this franchise i see McDonald's and I expect it to be the same price I can understand a state away but a block away is WILD use information provided as you will

This place is usually good but this time horrible! I went in the afternoon, requested everything made fresh. Which it was but the bread was brunt and hard for both sandwiches. The fries burnt as well. Only thing good were the chicken nuggets. I called just to provide feedback supposedly spoke with the manager names Sarah, she explain the her the situation. She puts me on hold comes back and she’s like I spoke with the kitchen they stated the food was made fresh. Explained the issue was the quality of the food. She basically said well the kitchen prepared it exactly how you wanted. Then states not sure for the call did you want something? Or is this feedback. Obviously it’s feedback, I hung up and advised I wouldn’t be back. Sarah is obviously under qualified and shouldn’t be a manager as she just brush it off and could not communicate in a professional manner. They have lost a customer would never go back ! Terrible !

The food was surprisingly hot and fresh, which is super rare for eating at a McDonalds. But unfortunately I felt a weird texture. They left the paper on the burger patty through the cooking and making process. Is there no quality control to keep people from choking?
