I'm sooooo tired of my orders being wrong. Tonight I ordered a Qpounder w/cheese, pickle and mustard only (usual order for me). Receipt is right, tag on top of my burger box is correct, open it up to onions and ketchup only 🤬. Time before we ordered a hamburger, got home and there was NO HAMBURGER PATTY, literally just two buns with some ketchup! McDonald's is a convenient stop for a quick bite, especially before school lets out. The drive-thru is often empty, and the servers are very nice, expediting the process well. The lobby is clean and open, and the workers are super sweet. The food is warm and delicious, and the service is beyond phenomenal. It is a good place to take young kids because it has a cool Play Place. However, this location seems to be constantly understaffed, sometimes delaying orders and not stocking beverage bar items.
