They constantly mess up orders.do not go through drive thru if u want your order right cuz you'll end up inside anyway. Their nuggets were great a few months ago,now they are back to being rubber. I used to go once a week for my daughter but I found a better McDonald's.

It blows my mind how many times I keep going to the same location. Every time I order something whether it be a cheeseburger with pickles or without pickles or extra onions, they mess it up every single time! It’s almost embarrassing at this point. It’s not hard, customer service sucks. Do better…maybe it’s my fault to keep coming here 🙄

Orders are rarely correct.
Self service kiosks barely work.
Hardly anyone working the registers.
I rather drive 3x the distance to go to another location.
Good place to take young kids because it has a cool Play Place. But this location seems to be constantly understaffed. Running around like crazy animals and still delaying orders. Not stocking beverage bar items. The staff seems to avoid the people at the front counter which makes it annoying.

Ordered the McDouble meal with no pickles or mustard for my kid and it has pickles and mustard. Last time I was there, I was supposed to have 2 fries and there was only 1. The quality control needs to be better. I’d give them a break if they were busy but it was me and one other car in the drive thru. Next time I’ll drive the extra couple of minutes to a different one in the hope they can get a simple order right.
