The guy in the drive-thru sounded like it was the last place he wanted to be on earth. I wanted to cancel my order right then and there. I decided to try the new McCrispy strips which turned out to be Mcsofties along with cold soft fries. Take pride in your work its not hard!

Did a mobile order during the Pokémon promotion. Kids were excited since I showed them the Pokémon show I grew up with. Decided to see if I could get the happy meal promotion. I opted for the Pokémon toy as well when going through the app. Never got the right items or happy meal box. Instead, I received Sonic toys. My kids were sad but reluctantly still played with them. A simple heads up at the drive-thru would've been helpful beforehand.

Literally one of the worst McDonald's to ever exist.
The service here is a 0/10, the food is a 0/10. I feel to see how this location even stays open, the food is subpar at best, and that's if it doesn't take you 30 minutes to go to the drive-thru. Which is absolutely ridiculous because, the drive-thru is supposed to be faster than going in. I don't know how they managed to mess that up, but they seem to do it literally every single time.
The people that work here are either so insanely high or insanely stupid that they can barely even talk, forget doing their job right or getting your food right. Half the time it looks like they just slopped condiments on a bun and called it a day. I hope anyone that goes here likes condiments because, they will put so much on your food that it becomes a disgusting, unedible, slop.
This McDonald's would be much better if they just bulldozed it and turned it into a parking lot. It's insanely mismanaged and the people who run this must be the worst business owners in history.
I absolutely avoid this McDonald's like to plague and will drive out of my way to go to literally any other McDonald's. The saddest part is it's less than a half mile from my house but, I would much rather drive miles out of my way to go anywhere else to avoid the insanely crappy food and service that this place offers.
To summarize, absolutely avoid this place, the people can't figure out how to do their job right and they will mess up your food literally every single time. That's if they don't lie to you and say they're closed when they're clearly open with people eating in the dining room.
