Avoid this location!

I have never felt the need to write a review like this before, but this McDonald’s location is absolutely unacceptable. The manager here treats the employees horribly, constantly speaking down to them and showing no respect for their hard work. It’s heartbreaking to see people working so hard under such a toxic environment. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they are just trying to do their job.

On top of that, the food quality is awful. Orders come out poorly cooked, cold, or just plain wrong. It’s clear that the lack of leadership and respect from management is affecting the entire operation. The manager always seems to be in a bad mood, and that negativity spreads throughout the store.

I truly feel bad for the workers here—they deserve better leadership and a better work environment. Until things change, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that values both its customers and its employees. There is a reason why it’s empty

The place says they're open 24 hours but instead of serving you food they greet you at the drive through and ask if you're using the mobile app and continue ignore you when you pull up to the window and try to place your order

I order 3 meals for $40. They handed me 1 burger. Told them wrong meal . I asked for bbq sauces .. handed me 1 and said I have to pay for more because I didn’t buy chicken nuggets. I asked for no pickles on any burgers , they all had pickles. I spent $40 got the wrong meal , still didn’t get the order right and they were more worried about charging me for bbq sauce. after messing up my order repeatedly you would think they would just give me the bbq sauce… but no no all I wanted was 2 packets , which every McDonald’s I’ve ever been to give at least 2 per meal, but no you only get 1 no mater how many meals your order … I get home to see I have pickles in my all my burger , the sticker on the burger even says no pickles … $40 and time spent down the drain. I understand it’s only McDonald so I don’t expect much from their workers and especially this location, but damn try just a little bit. hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It’s crazy how much they don’t care. I didn’t even eat my food because the pickle juice on the burgers I really can’t stand . $40 down the drain and time spent in a line … to focused on the bbq sauce I guess like wtf .. acting like I’m a freeloader because I wanted. 🤦🏼‍♂️ wish I could give zero starts … never thought I’d be so mad over sauce.

Looks like a 12 year old was working there he was very rude and you could barely understand him. Personally if you’re that young and don’t know respect do not work in a customer service job.

Pricing here is way off - not sure why they charge a few more dollars PER item here than all the other McDonalds around.

How the hell you see my receipt says "Locator #15", not even bother to bring me my food, and leave it on the counter for 20 minutes before giving it away to someone else

I went there with a coupon code fir taking a survey online from a previous receipt, and was rudely told that they couldn’t accept the coupon from their own receipt . This is not the first time this has happened. This is the owners trying to make you pay for the whole order at full price. I drove iff without paying. It cost them the entire order and the food that was already being prepared.

I'm not usually one to complain about a missing item because I'm usually on a time crunch... but this is the 3rd time I have gone through the drive through and 1 of my two hash browns were missing... you guys weren't even busy!... I wonder how many other people have this happen and people don't have the time or patience to deal with it?

This location is not 24/7. I stopped by at 12:30 a.m. before work and there was one lady clocking out instead we are closed. The drive-thru was open and the machine kept asking if I wanted to use my mobile app then would stop when I said yes. Correct the hours and I'll correct my review
