Ordered on app and received confirmation, then went to this store to pick up. waited for 20 minutes and the staff came back and forth then told me that they don't have the order, I need to call to cancel the order and then re-order instore. Messaged app customer care and was told only the store can cancel and refund. It is a mess and ridiculous.

I had rewards about to expire. So I figured I'll use them through the drive thru. I ordered and the kid said I could only use one code per order. I said okay. And proceeded to give him the codes. Only for him to get it wrong. I tried to show them my rewards that the app wouldn't let me reuse it. The manager was rude and wouldn't believe me and acted as if I were lying. I usually use the rewards inside, this was my first experience with a rude manager who does not show good customer service. Then to top it off my fries were cold.

Filet o Fish was rubbery and chewy, I couldn't finish it. I waited over 20 minutes for my drink. Never came. I left without it. Worst McDonald's experience I can remember

I have never felt the need to write a review like this before, but this McDonald’s location is absolutely unacceptable. The manager here treats the employees horribly, constantly speaking down to them and showing no respect for their hard work. It’s heartbreaking to see people working so hard under such a toxic environment. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they are just trying to do their job.
On top of that, the food quality is awful. Orders come out poorly cooked, cold, or just plain wrong. It’s clear that the lack of leadership and respect from management is affecting the entire operation. The manager always seems to be in a bad mood, and that negativity spreads throughout the store.
I truly feel bad for the workers here—they deserve better leadership and a better work environment. Until things change, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that values both its customers and its employees. There is a reason why it’s empty

The place says they're open 24 hours but instead of serving you food they greet you at the drive through and ask if you're using the mobile app and continue ignore you when you pull up to the window and try to place your order
No taste .. fries without salt .. floor and counter as well as drinks counter very very dirty even though nothing was going on

I order 3 meals for $40. They handed me 1 burger. Told them wrong meal . I asked for bbq sauces .. handed me 1 and said I have to pay for more because I didn’t buy chicken nuggets. I asked for no pickles on any burgers , they all had pickles. I spent $40 got the wrong meal , still didn’t get the order right and they were more worried about charging me for bbq sauce. after messing up my order repeatedly you would think they would just give me the bbq sauce… but no no all I wanted was 2 packets , which every McDonald’s I’ve ever been to give at least 2 per meal, but no you only get 1 no mater how many meals your order … I get home to see I have pickles in my all my burger , the sticker on the burger even says no pickles … $40 and time spent down the drain. I understand it’s only McDonald so I don’t expect much from their workers and especially this location, but damn try just a little bit. hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. It’s crazy how much they don’t care. I didn’t even eat my food because the pickle juice on the burgers I really can’t stand . $40 down the drain and time spent in a line … to focused on the bbq sauce I guess like wtf .. acting like I’m a freeloader because I wanted. 🤦🏼♂️ wish I could give zero starts … never thought I’d be so mad over sauce.

Looks like a 12 year old was working there he was very rude and you could barely understand him. Personally if you’re that young and don’t know respect do not work in a customer service job.
