The manager female with glasses on duty for Dine-In on 11/12 was extremely unprofessional! I how food service works. But her attitude after place an order and telling her we placed 2 meals and had a “no I’m right” attitude even when we showed her it said “Quantity: 2” still proceeded and gave us one order. After we arrived home, we realized there was only one meal. Went back and literally SHOWED her the process of how we order and STILL said it’s only one meal. I again had to show her it said “Quantity 2” it would not make sense for the App to do that when we order a different item as well and that one states only ONE. Once we got our second meal, she didn’t apologize and still had a “I’m right” attitude. HERE are pictures for your managers reference we paid $16.99 + tax. Not 15.38 + tax which would have been for only one. I’d recommend training your managers on prices because I understand everyone can miss an order but the problem was her attitude addressing this issue!

Ordered breakfast for my son and I. The screen prompts you to take a number and to have a seat and they will deliver the food to you. We sat waiting 10+ minutes & never heard anyone even call a number. I go up to the counter and our food is just sitting there on the counter. I would understand if they were busy but there were barely any customers & all of the tables were dirty and not cleaned.

I've been here twice for my kids and the play place. Unless you speak Spanish or know the manager she is rude and is incredibly lazy. The first time I was there she was talking to her friends laughing and not acknowledging anyone else in line. I waited for 10 minutes and she continued to talk. I took my kids to play then came back and she was still talking. The second time I came back she was doing the same thing! I said the first time I would never come back but I did for my children. The second time coming back I truly mean I will never come back here. This place is slow and the manager with the short curly hair should not be a manager. I saw her hook up her friends with food while I waited in line and left before I could order.

Kiosk says take your number to your seat and they'll bring you the food. They do not generally do this. At least the two times we have been there with my son.

Service was slow, ordered from the app almost 30 minutes before arriving, expecting to simply wait for them to collect the bag and hand it off, instead they only just started working on it, when we arrived had to wait an additional 20 min, not to mention the wait impactted other customer. Standing in lobby amongst other frustrated people is not the experience one wants to have when starting off a Saturday morning.

Typical McDonald's. They have an employee standing outside taking orders in the sun. I feel terrible for the person who gets that job.
Haven't had any issues with ordering here so far, however I usually do mobile orders.
Play area inside is great for toddlers, pretty clean and my little had fun climbing up and sliding down.

Ordered a pick up, from the drive thru took about 15 minutes and when I got to the window the guy just hands me a bag then asks which order is mine... I check the contents (had to open a box to see it wasn't my order). Then he responds I just got here 15 seconds ago... If that is the case you should not be at the window handing out random bags to customers without verifying their order. He then had to go talk to someone else to figure out where my order was . After another 2 minutes he finally came back with my order which of course I had to check the contents. (Oh and mind you my order was placed 25 minutes before I arrived at the pick up location. )Luckily it was correct.
