I use two or three mcdonald’s in our area. For some reason, this McDonalds charges a few dollars more than the other ones, all within a few miles of each other? Happy meals here are $9. They are $7 up the road, I’ve only just noticed! Also the desk helper wanted to charge me extra for asking for another sauce! Come on, with all the competition you can do better!

I was having trouble ordering over the mobile app but there was a lady (seems like the manager) who was so kind and quick with figuring out a solution. She tried telling me to order it at the counter instead of through the drive through on the app to see if that would work but it didn’t so she said she’d take my order at the window and she applied my rewards to the order. Once I got the food, it was hot and prepared right and they gave me plenty of sauces.

GM deserves a huge raise! She is a saint. Would never expect to get a McFlurry minutes before close, with a smile at that.
This said, corporate ought to update hours (here and elsewhere) on Maps and the mobile app, so as to not bait customers and trouble staff. They have been inaccurate for several years now. Shame on you.
