The staff is really rude, always messes up our orders. They were just standing around joking and laughing, some playing on their phones, but just kept looking at us but didn’t say a word, not even we will be right with you or anything, just ignored us and didn’t acknowledge that we were even standing there, it took them over 10 min for them to come and take our order, my husbands bread was black and burnt. OMGOSH LOL!!!!!! This is a MEDIUM sugar free vanilla iced latte! Mind you this is more expensive and smaller than a Grande iced coffee with add ins from Starbucks!!!!!! I shutter to see what a small looks like! And to charge over $3 for it! I even got my little guy out of the car and went in to confirm this lol. Even the poor gal that works there was certain it was a small but then the manager confirmed that it was in deed a medium.
