This McDonald's is one of the worst ones they always seem to mess up the order and they are very messy don't clean ur cups B4 giving them to u they need to get it together

Maria is a manager that I dealt with, just horrible customer service attitude. Grant it, I used kiosk and ordeeed incorrect. Kiosk does not print receipt to even have when you have a question. She had the nerve to tell me I got what I ordered and walked off on me, when asking her to please explain and pull up receipt. Her co worker, pulled it up laughing saying you got your order what do you expect anyone to do. A REAL MANAGER AND CO MANAGER SHOULD IF SAID IM SORRY YOU THOUGHT YOU ORDERED A VALUE MEAL INSTEAD OF THE DOUBLE CH—-what can I do to MAKE IT RIGHT!!!! I would have paid the difference to make it how I should if ordered. Instead I was treated so poorly and laughed at—- but when a Hispanic lady complained they just gave her the item cuz she ordered wrong. Maria should be fired with her attitude and thinking she can treat people so poorly#SMH

I ordered 20 small fries at the Kiosk. I received 5 of them. Then, the manager called me over and told me she could only give me 4 more fries. The manager refused to give me the remaining 11 fries. I was not reimbursed for the remaining 11 fries.

Grey Area

Horrendous treatment from Miguel who should definitely not be in any type of managerial or customer service position. I had a doordash order where the dasher let them know there were missing items. He became irate and refused to let her take the order. I tried to talk to him on the phone and he refused to speak to me. We called him from our phone and he was extremely rude. Started lying going back and forth saying she was opening items and spilling them on the counter, then said no that didn't happen. Started yelling at us that he had to throw food away and just making the situation so much worse than it had to be. I only know that it was Miguel I dealt with over the phone because a worker confirmed with the driver. He refused to give her his name and refused to give us his name when we called. This guy needs some anger management and to stop being so irate and defensive when he makes mistakes. Probably shouldn't be working with people at all. I feel bad for anyone who has to encounter or work with this guy.

We ordered food online because our parents ordered it for us to eat food while they were at work and they said the parent had to be at the store for us to get it and they refused to tell us why and they said they couldn't do anything about it so we had to cancel out order and didn't get food

I waited for the food for almos 1hour
It's very bad.
The staff ignored the customers who were waiting
Many customers who come to wait for food here are dissatisfied with the work of the staff here. I think the manager of this branch should improve the management because it is clearly very bad service and very bad management. I feel very sorry for the customers who come here.

If you don't believe me, check out the CCTV footage at the counter from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. I was standing there waiting for my food and there were a lot of unhappy customers on Thursday, November 7th.

I'm so disgusted with this branch and hate it so much that I guarantee I'll never come back here again.
This branch manager should review his own performance because he did a terrible job.
