Got off of work and figured I swing by to pick up some food. I knew I wasn’t going to make it before midnight so I checked to see if they were one of the 24 hour drive through and they said they were online. Got to the drive through and immediately got told that they’d be right with me. I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through before a car in the parking lot told me they were closed. Either change your hours online or have your workers tell me you closed so I don’t waste 30 minutes sitting in a drive through. Won’t be going here again.

Wow! Normally this place place meets minimum acceptability standards. Today's McDouble is one of the worst I have ever had, and I just pulled out of the drive-thru 3 minutes ago. The bun is completely stale. I can literally thump it and it doesn't give.
The meat is completely dry. The corner of the cheese is actually hard like it's been sitting out.
I suspect I got the first McDouble of the day that was left under the heat lamp at close yesterday.
But hey the fries were great, and the nuggets were slightly above average.

I've only written one 1 star review in my lifetime, and if I could I'd give you 0. I waited in the second drive thru lane for 15 MINUTES at 8pm only to NEVER have my order taken. I watched 10 cars in the next lane go by, including the cars in front of me in my drive thru lane, but never heard a peep from the speaker box apart from the automated message. Shameful, even for a low-standard fast food restaurant.

Arrived at 12:33 AM waited for over 10 minutes in the drive through and none of the employees that were inside took my order. They didn't even acknowledge I was waiting

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, staff members including the on shift manager kept saying I was at the wrong location. I told them that I was at the right address and showed them the phone order confirmation along with the store details and information, they kept insisting it was at the other McDonald's. I said which McDonald's is there at this address? I'm here, they didn't even know the address or phone number to their own place of business or important. Someone from in the back came up and apologized and got my order, unbelievable.

It’s Christmas Eve. I’m a plumber. Came in in the morning And waited 20 minutes and nobody spoke to me. All I wanted was to have breakfast to start my day, but I didn’t get to because I couldn’t wait. I have emergency calls to go to if I could give stars I would screw this McDonald’s.
Came here after a ten hour shift to the employees hiding in the break room not doing anything waited half an hour after an 11 hour shift and since this was the only place open on my way home I figured why not. I get they aren’t barely paid but I figured being the only car/person in line it wouldn’t be a big ask for them to do their job.

Although it says open 24h there was no one manning the drive thru. Drove past and the headset was just sitting by the cash register. There were workers inside, just not paying any mind to the cars in the drive thru

Although apologetic about extensive take out order wait times, the staff could not properly accommodate the business level at 1p on a weekday.
The apparent middle school aged customers who were likely part of the typical customer make up around this time of day as were well-mannered as any of the adult patrons if not more so, but there were approximately a dozen younger children whose parents permitted to scream ridiculously loudly and behave in an unruly manner in the adjacent play area of the open floor plan designed interior and the staff did nothing to address the disturbance.
Kid-friendliness: You're kids can go buck wild without any sort of interference by the staff.

Not 24/7 which is fine, understand there needs to be time for cleaning, closing the cash register, etc. But telling me that you'll help me in one second only to leave me waiting for 20 minutes under no response is rude.
Decided I wanted to wait in the parking lot until an even 1:30 to see if they open again and saw shift change as staff walked in and out of the mcdonalds.
Decided to call just to ask how long it'll take and after ringing about 10 seconds the line was disconnected. Each time I'd recall there was no ringing.
I understand service is a difficult and thankless job, having worked myself, but just communicate with your customers please. All I wanted was ice cream for my disabled aunt.
