It's McDonald's so I had realistic expectations going in, but the haphazard assembly of my order was professionally embarrassing. The food cost the same rather it's assembled with some degree of pride or if it's just tossed together and dumped in a bag like garbage in a sack. A serious injection of worker pride and supervisory managerial oversight would go far at this establishment. I certainly wasn't expecting absolute perfection at the drive thru, but your best effort would have be nice and apparently that's not on the menu. My money spends anywhere and with McDonald's continuously and aggressively raising prices, it's simply not worth visiting if I'm going to be punished by the staff over my poor life choices in foolishly choosing to stop at McDonald's. McDonald's isn't just losing my future business thru dismissive indifference, instead they are gleefully throwing it away as if on purpose.

Best fries I’ve ever had from a McDonald’s Drive-through lady was so kind and personable I don’t know her name. I just know she wore a really pretty scarf around her face and was beyond kind and friendly.

UPDATE- YOU NEED TO REPLACE THAT MANAGER. NOT FRIENDLY, AND LOOKS LIKE HE'S TIRED EVERY TIME WE COME IN. WILL NEVER GO BACK. THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN HILL. THE WAIT INSIDE IS RIDICULOUS. Normally I don't write reviews but I gave it a 4 star because the male guy that works there with a pony tail (mexican guy) no name tag on looks like he just walks in circles and runs his mouth telling employees to hurry up . It's McDonald's. No need to rush underpaid employees. They look like chickens with their heads cut off running around. You want something done you hurry up yourself. I didn't see you moving swiftly. I'll give 5 stars if i could to the young blonde girl working drive through for expediting orders. Very nice and pleasant and had a smile on her face. Hopefully she gets her pays worth as this location has had turnovers. Last time I went there had to return an entire order because they gave me the wrong order a few weeks ago.If youre trying to meet or beat your numbers,telling your employees to hurry up and rush them isnt going to help withcustomerservice Barb Delfino.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews, but holy smokes this needs to be said. Shut down the 2 McDonald’s on Alma school road. Each visit we have had, we have been treated horribly by staff, received atrocious quality of food (we know this is McDonald’s, but come on) and this last visit put the icing on the cake.
After ordering a bagel breakfast sandwich, a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, and two large caramel macchiatos, our total was 25 bucks. No hash browns, literally 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Nuts. We went through the drive through where we were met with a horrible employee with a worse attitude who handed us our food with two small black hot coffees. We politely informed her they were large macchiatos, and she rolled her eyes and went to make them. She came back with two mediums, I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside to get this fixed. The manager inside insisted they were larges, (feel free to check the photos and correct me if I’m wrong) Zero regard for customers, atrocious customer service, and overcharging for the wrong items. The locations in Chandler are not worth your time. Go literally anywhere else. Wendy’s, Burger King, a dumpster, anything is better than almost thirty bucks for trash. My McGriddle was horrible, they put some weird ranch on my girlfriends bagel, not cream cheese like you would expect.
Avoid these places like it’s the plague.
Update: my girlfriend and I are both throwing up violently 15 minutes after eating. Love that.

Worst food I ever had from mcdonald's the burger was sloppy and disgusting, the fries were like eating rocks and I asked for hot and fresh fries, the soda was stale I asked for another soda and that also was stale, I'm so done with mcdonald's it's horrible

I had ordered the new McCrispy strips and when I got to work to eat I have a 4pc nugget and I paid 9 dollars and something for a 4 pc McCrispy strips this is unacceptable and I will not no sorry I will never eat at that McDonald’s again. I never leave bad comments but this shit makes no sense at all want my money back but I know I won’t get it thanks a lot.

Well, no longer visit this McDonald’s. I stood in front of the cashier with three people behind me for good. 5 minutes. No one even notices me ever since Covid. All you do is cater to the drive-through. I saw six cars get their meal and leave and no one came up to the register to Serve the people that actually get out of their car !!!

Nice decor. Service was adequate. There is a kiosk for self service ordering. It is ok. Not intuitive, but with patience it is navigable. As far as a McDonald’s goes, this one is above par. Clean, nice decor, and food is as good as you’d expect it to be
