Visited this location on Alma School and was significantly disappointed. Food was like warm and the buns were dry. Not to mention the burger itself was dry. Been there on back to back weeks and same thing. I'm done with this location.

Everytime I go to this location food is cold and stale. Ate at the one on W Chandler a couple days ago with was craving the same thing. Totally different!!! Food at W Chandler was hot, fresh and very tasty.

We are a native American family n The guy who took our order was not in a good mood at all looked annoyed when taking our order but when a white family comes up n order he gives them a smile n greeted them so nicely I thought that was really unfair especially having my daughter see that! Definitely not coming back
ordered 2 plain mcdoubles and one came with pickles and the other with onions, friend ordered a chicken sandwich with mayo and got spicy sauce instead. never had a mcdonald's mess up EVERY ORDER we had. 5:00-5:30 pm january 3 2024

Went from a 5 star to 1 star. Food sat on the counter and was not brought to is nor could they call our number. Had to ask for our drinks and condiments.No one cared if you got your order or not. Utter disappointment.
