The order was incorrect there were three special requests no cheese(lactose intolerant), no onions, and extra pickles none were done. I spent my lunch getting food I can't even eat. Maybe if someone paid attention to the order I would have had the meal that was ordered.

Mobile order. Put all details. Got it at the window, completely wrong order. Waited again window for five minutes. Tried to give me someone else's order. Explained the issue. Was met with disrespect as if I had done something wrong. Now waiting in a spot.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff.
The redesign is made to hide the staff so they don’t hace to interact with the customer.
Came in for a DoorDash pickup and despite being seen by 3 people no one checked on my. If people don’t want to work, then shutdown this location and all like it.

I visit this location often, dispite the absolutely ridiculous time I spend waiting for my order, regardless of how busy it is. I appreciate that they accept EBT and maybe, if you could pay with it at the kiosk instead of being ignored waiting to pay at the counter, my experience would be more pleasant.

The sign posted says dining room opens at 5. It’s 5:03, the employee inside sees us standing here and still hasn’t opened the doors to the dining room.

The owner won't let you buy the happy meal toys separately. All of the other locations sell them. I don't think you should be force to buy a happy meal to get a toy. Especially lets say if youre vegetarian or have diet restrictions. Ronald McDonald would not appove. The staff here is really nice! They are just following the owners rules.

As the photos shows I asked for spicy wrap and got the regular version. Also, one of the chicken piece was very chewy and more like a tendon or ligament & didn't seem to be 100% white meat chicken. The servers were friendly, welcoming and prompt but the back kitchen were messing up a lot of online orders that made thier work upfront difficult.
