Please train the drice thru to properly assign drive thru parking when asking customers to wait. Im tired of being told to wait at three which is not designated for drive thru and needing to walk inside for my food after waiting 10-15min. You forget me everytime im told to wait and need to make my order again after going inside. Took too long to get just fries

I would only ever do drive through if anything the curbside as well as service inside is ridiculous waiting over 15 min for orders absolutely not and it's not just a one time thing don't waist your time if you no no other option it's here but honestly don't waist your time

Was hoping this location would have improved after it reopened, but I would argue it is 100 times worse than before. I don't know if the employees need better training or what but every time I go the order is incorrect or you wait 30 minutes for your food. This location is very close to our house so it is convenient, but after today we are never going back. After going through the drive thru we were told to go wait in pickup spot. We waited for 15 minutes. Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone inside, but going inside meant I had to get all three of my kids (all under 5y/o) out of their car seats. The point of McDonald's is fast and convenient, apparently this location missed that memo.

Went through the drive thru, ordered a sweet tea, got unsweetened tea then went back and the lady at the counter gave me another unsweetened tea but with basically 90% ice in the cup

I have started coming to this location since the one I frequented for 10 years has been in a downward slide for the past year. So far each time I have visited this location, the staff has been friendly, the drive-thru fast, and the food has been hot and good.

This place is ungodly slow. Ive been here 3x and all 3x I've had to pull around and sit for 10-15 minutes in a parking spot while I waited for them to make my food. Don't waste your time.

I placed a mobile order for dine-in and took a seat inside. After about 20 minutes of waiting with no updates, I went to the counter to ask if my order was in progress. The staff looked at me like I was some creature she has never seen before and asked for my order number. I gave it to her and was told they were “working on it.”

Another 20 minutes passed.

I then asked a different employee about my order, who questioned whether I had placed it at the wrong location. I hadn’t, and I showed her the order in my app along with the time it was placed. I asked if it may have been given to someone else. She said no, offered no solution, and more or less stopped engaging altogether.

At that point it was clear no one intended to help, so I asked about getting a refund through the app, only to be told that wasn’t possible either.

Terrible service from start to finish. Between the confusion, lack of communication, and complete indifference, I’m left wondering what’s actually happening behind the counter when food is supposed to be getting made.

If you're not open dine in until 5 am that should be posted on your hours aswell not just the drive through hours! Just walked to your location only to have to wait an hour to use dine in.

Just tried the place again after 4 years. It's worse than ever. Nobody is on the same page working there. Service is awful and slow.

Ordered a bacon quarter pounder and it had a mountain of mayo and tomato on it, those items don’t even come on the burger usually? I see why they were closed for so long.

The order was incorrect there were three special requests no cheese(lactose intolerant), no onions, and extra pickles none were done. I spent my lunch getting food I can't even eat. Maybe if someone paid attention to the order I would have had the meal that was ordered.

Mobile order. Put all details. Got it at the window, completely wrong order. Waited again window for five minutes. Tried to give me someone else's order. Explained the issue. Was met with disrespect as if I had done something wrong. Now waiting in a spot.
