So is this what we have to look forward to in customer service. I got to the drive-thru everything was fine. Girl at the window repeating my order to me and then said give me $5.40. nothing more was said she ran my card gave it back to me and that was it. Was absolutely appalled. In McDonald's allows this? nice

I literally have been calling non stop to get my order replaced. I got home my food was cold, fries old, service was slow. Then they forgot my items. I go to eat a hot and spicy there is a clipped finger nail in it. Made.me completely sick. Im not sure what is up that is completely unsanitary and when I call the night crew has just let it ring. This is so unacceptable. Smh. Please do better crew because I am not understanding why this could of happened.
Cinthia was awesome! She greeted us with a huge smile, asked if I was using a mobile app, asked me if I wanted to upsize my order, and thanked me for coming in. She even asked me at my table if everything was good. Cinthia, u r a huge asset to McDonald's. Thank u, for such a great exoerience

Toilet had piss all over it definitely don’t check the restrooms. 27th Ave and Indian school is cleaner than these restrooms 😂😂😂😂😂🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 oh and they took 10 minutes to make a smoothie
As good as any other McDonald's. Clean, warm, friendly employees, good food. What more could you ask for from a McDonald's? I recommend.

Constantly forgetting items with delivery orders. Constantly making items incorrectly and never want to answer the phone and accept responsibility for forgetting items. Currently trying to call them, have called 10 times in a row. They forgot 3 sandwiches in my McDonald’s app delivery order. Want to place a new order and get all my missing items but nobody will answer the phone!!!!
