Fast service and my order was correct

Poor customer service. App wasn’t working correctly. They told me to come back in 15 mins there was nothing they could do. My wife’s order was incorrect and they said that they wouldn’t fix it. Also don’t forget all of the flies that are flying around.

Staff unhelpful when app at store didn’t allow for my husband to use his reward. Instead of understanding that the scanner wasn’t working they said there was nothing they could do. I think apps are helpful but shouldn’t be only way to correct issues. My husband isn’t confrontational so didn’t want to argue about $2 but manager should have been able to intervene given she was standing right there.

Mushy tasteless microwaved so much the food rubberized and cannot chew the bun. No matter how hard you try no matter how sore your mouth gets. It's like a workout for your jaw with no flavor at all as microwaves will always remove any flavor. App has failed twice in two days. Have not been visiting McDonald's for years due to the lack of quality and doubled prices and minimum staff. Going back to leaving McDonald's alone so they can cater to ebt only. Was my first job and they used to coin a phrase. Quality Control. Now that is not used ever and it shows. Poor Ronald.problem? If it matters and is important to you as a owner, you would nit reply with go tell someone else. Forward it yourself unless it does not matter that much.

The food was a mess they didn't apply the condiments and the service was awful we asked the employee for a moment to decide what we want and she kept rushing us she was also very dismissive

I was stuck in your drive thru for over 30 minutes because you refused to park people for some reason. This was a complete waste of my time and gas and I will never be back. ABSOLUTELY horrible. Oh also not a SINGLE APOLOGY FOR THE WAIT. QUITE LITERALLY THE WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE.

Loved getting judgmental looks by the two girls working in the front because I was explaining the app and kiosk wasn't letting a deal go through. Then gave smirks to each other when I had to wait 15 mins for the deal to reactivate. Very professional. Especially right in front of my face.

I ordered drinks and was expecting monopoly cups. I received my order with no monopoly pieces. Kindly asking if they had any cups, the manager for the shift at 5pm said they are phasing them out, and no longer have them. There were cups in the back that I could see that were smaller in size, and I asked if I could have those cups instead please, and they said no. Before I could ask for an explanation, they walked away and acted as if I wasn’t there. So we can’t get solid service from a kiosk or a human in 2025? Sad, companies should know/ do better.

We could.bearlt hear the lady on the speaker and we were never asked if we wanted our receipt. But when we asked told us to get it at next window. The girl was just talking to another then was on her phone before she opened the door.we told her about the receipt closed the window then told us it was to late.however they nevered asked but at both windows both ladies just crumbled it and threw it away.......where is the customer service from young adults now days????.

The crew that works the drivethru in the mornings is the only reason I come to this McDonald’s. They are always so kind and even thoughtful when it comes to coupons or saving money, suggesting I get this or that instead for less. I’ll keep driving to this location for the breakfast and customer service
