I'm a bit disappointed with my visit to Meet Fresh. While the cashier is polite and apologetic, I had to initiate the process on scanning my rewards QR to get points. From there, the transaction took 4 tries to correct and finalize. Thankfully it was 3pm on a Sunday, so this was just a snack and I was not hangry. I was annoyed but I tried to be as patient as possible. The order was ready within 5 minutes. The waffle was not sweet enough, and with how it's packaged, it got soggy really quickly. The Thai iced tea was a safe pick, so all was good there. Lesson learned from this visit: maybe there's a reason why this is the holiday special, because it's the lowest selling item on the menu... Overall, I am gonna give this place a little break before next visit.

I deliver for uber eats. I just picked up a delivery and their cardboard drink holder broke with all the drinks spilling as I was walking out. Horrible service with the way they handled it. I wouldn't ever recommend this place.

The service here is terrible. They rushed to take our order and proceeded to make our drinks when we’re still ordering. There are a promotion going on so we wanted to order over $20 to be eligible for the promotion. We were a dollar short so we wanted to add more topping and when we told them to add on, the girl gave us an atitude and sighed, tell us that it has to be on the side and not in our drink. But we’re okay with that. We just don’t understand the atitude like it’s not our fault to add more topping because we’re not done ordering, no one asked you to make the order while we’re not finished.

I'm so glad the Taiwanese dessert specialist, Meet Fresh, has a location in the Greater Phoenix Area, which means I don't need to travel to Monterey Park, CA ;)
I ordered an Icy Grass Jelly Signature, and it was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet and generously sized, this dessert had mochi balls, ample grass jelly, and flavored shaved ice on the bottom.
