Racist and rude, this cashier has been extremely rude and made fun of me and pointed with her friend about me when trying to order a drink, check your cameras, I had a friend with me at the time, the staff spoke in another language that my friend understood, so we decided to audio record the entire conversation, I didn’t know this owner allows racism and discrimination. We always been to the Mesa location and it’s amazing, we spent so much money over the years and supported meetfresh and yet we come here and get treated like garbage and everyone has been complaining about this person. Her friend as well laughed at both of us ordering. I don’t think I can support a store that promotes discrimination! I’ll make sure to tell my friends and the public about this.

I LOVE MEET FRESH! I’m Taiwanese so I’m very happy there is a location near me. I still have to drive 30 mins to it though. I kinda wish they would open one in Maricopa but understand there aren’t a lot of Asians in Maricopa haha. Anyways, my favorite is their milk tea with boba. Their shaved ice is also really good! They are super expensive though; my partner keeps complaining about their price. I hate their rewards program. Also one time, the worker redeemed my reward without telling me. I didn’t want to redeem it!!! I wanted to save up points! I can’t believe how stupid she was! I’m sooo mad about that. Anyways, I love their boba balls. I’ll keep coming back.

The customer service here sucked compared to the Mesa, AZ branch. I've been to this location a few times already, and it's the same unfriendly cashier girl that I encountered. I hope they could have someone more pleasant at the front line. Another issue here is the passion fruit drinks. They are so watered down compared to other branches. The first time I tried it, I thought it was a mistake, but then the 2nd time was the same. I asked the girls here to add more passion fruit flavor to my drink, but they don't know how to do it. Moving on to the Mesa location.

If I can give zero (0) star, I would rate the food 0. I was very excited to try the dessert at meet fresh. But this will be my first and last time try this place. I went in to order some food to go, the store was extremely quiet, there was only one or two customers behind me. I ordered the Icy Grass Jelly C, when I got home, I didn’t see any boba in my bowl, the fools looked very unpleasant, the taro was undercooked, the jelly had no flavor. This was not what I expected for a $10 dessert. And I won’t come back again and won’t recommend to anyone. If you are a food explorer, or you get lucky, you might get something worths the $$$ you pay for a dessert.

It's a great shop with a very nice staff. It didn't hurt that I was surrounded by an army of gorgeous Chinese women customers.I had a tall ice cold no sugar oolong tea. Perfect. I also had a yummy waffle.

(7/29/2023 Around 7:45PM to 8:00PM).This is not a review of this restaurant's food and drink, everything is delicious and wonderful, but today I went to buy drinks and happened to see the old staff of the store training new employees. The new girl is really happy, dedicated to the customer, I am quite happy because the new employee so they are excited to work. But everything brought my mood down with the old employee's act of slamming the glasses down with her hand when the new employee asked if it was the right way to decal the drink order. And the attitude of the old employee (she was the tallest in the shop) was annoyed and used a glass-smashing attitude to confront the new employee. I understand that the new employee will slow down the working process a bit, I understand how it feels to be crowded but slow, but that attitude is really disappointing. Also she is a newbie, show your professionalism in a crowded place. The old employee should think before joining, just like the current newcomer, that unprofessional attitude will judge her person. I'm a very easygoing person, but today I couldn't take it anymore so I wrote this review. I really feel sorry for the new employee, she understands the problem but still smiles for the guests.

I was in town visiting my son and his gf, and we stopped by here after dinner. I had my very first boba tea and boy, did I love it! I ordered a black sugar boba tea.I loved it. The boba was interesting and chewy. The texture reminded me of 'drunken' gummy bears, but the flavor I knew somehow. Tapioca?I could and would have one every day if I lived there. Excellent!!!

Another disappointing visit. My family and I decided to give this place one more try, hoping that this time around it would be better. However, it was made clear to us to stay away. Let's start with the customer service. There was two girls working at the time, and the girl who was taking the order. Her attitude is as if she doesn't care at all, and she gives you that condescending look when you place an order. There's no smile, no greeting, and she seems annoyed when taking your order. We tried ordering a matcha smoothie, but she said, 'No, we don't have it!' Then when we ordered a mango shaved ice, she said, 'We don't have mango.' I was puzzled by her answers.Anyways, the shaved ice looked more like crushed ice. For a second, I thought I had ordered a snow cone from an ice cream truck. Not to mention, one of our drinks had hair inside. When I showed it to her, she just stared at me as if asking, 'What do you want me to do about it?' I had to tell her to make me another drink. She simply grabbed the drink and tossed it out, without offering any apologies. This place is a joke. I have been to locations in Seattle and many in Southern California, and I have to say that this location is the worst!
